The game, which will not be televised, will kick at 2:35 p.m. inside Bill Snyder Family Stadium. The matchup will be broadcast live across the Kansas State Sports Network, online at k-statesports.com and on SIRIUS satellite radio (channel 123). The weekend also marks the celebration and honoring of the 2008 Kansas State Athletics Hall of Fame induction as former head coach Bill Snyder and K-State president Dr. Jon Wefald will be honored during a halftime presentation. Josh Freeman continues to rank among the nation’s most efficient quarterbacks and is closing in on becoming K-State’s most prolific passer in all major statistical categories. Freeman threw for 313 yards and three scores at Louisville, two of which went to wide receiver Brandon Banks, who has become the Wildcats’ most efficient threat on offense. Banks has totaled five touchdown receptions in the first three games, the most since Quincy Morgan collected six in the first three games of the 2000 season en route to a school-record 14 for the year. Freeman, who became K-State’s all-time leader in completions last week with 512, also became the fastest quarterback in school history to throw eight touchdown passes, doing so in the first three games. The junior, who threw his first interception in 144 attempts last week at Louisville, ranks 10th nationally in pass efficiency (170.5) and 13th in total offense (303.0). Kansas State is also one of just four offenses in the country and the lone Big 12 school that has yet to surrender a sack through the first four weeks of the season.
