It marks the third sell out for the nationally-ranked Wildcats since the department placed single-game tickets for sell on Monday. The Jan. 30 contest with archrival Kansas sold out in less than 40 minutes.
A limited number of single-game tickets for the other five league games, including the Big Monday tilt with Texas, are still available for purchase. The most convenient way to order tickets is online at www.k-statesports.com. Tickets may also be purchased in person at the K-State Athletics Ticket Office in Bramlage Coliseum or by calling toll-free, (800) 221.CATS.
No. 17/22 Kansas State (9-1), winners of six in a row, will resume play on Saturday against Alabama (7-3) at 8 p.m. CT in the Coors Classic at the Mitchell Center in Mobile, Ala. The contest will be televised live on Ch. 98 in the state of Kansas to all Cox subscribers as well as to 300,000 subscribers in Kansas City on Time Warner Cable.
