Public Invited to Football Banquet

MANHATTAN, Kan. - The Kansas State football program and head coach Bill Snyder are inviting all Wildcat football fans to K-State's annual Awards Ceremony on Sunday, Dec. 13, in McCain Auditorium.

The program, set to being at 5:30 p.m., will include a formal introduction of each team member, an announcement of team awards for the 2009 season as well as a special recognition for those players who earn postseason honors.

Presentations will be made by University President Dr. Kirk Schulz, Director of Athletics John Currie and the K-State coaching staff, among others.

A video presentation will also be shown in recognition of the Wildcats' 2009 season.

The event is free to the public and interested parties may contact the McCain Auditorium Box Office at (785) 532-6428 to reserve tickets. Seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
