Celebration of Tex Winter’s Life Set for Saturday at Bramlage Coliseum
MANHATTAN, Kan. – Kansas State University will be hosting "A Celebration of Life" for Fred "Tex" Winter at 1 p.m., on Saturday, October 20 at Bramlage Coliseum. The event is open to the general public as well as the media.

Entrance
Doors to the Northwest entrance of Bramlage Coliseum open at 12 p.m., with the service set to start at 1 p.m.
Parking
The general public and/or media is to park on the west side of Bramlage Coliseum.
Seating
The general public and/or media is to sit in the chairback seating on the west side of the arena.
Floor seating is reserved for family and special guests.
Filming/Interviews
There will be a set area on the floor for media to video the funeral, but the family has asked for the focus to be on Coach Winter and not those who may be in attendance and/or who may be speaking at the service. There will be no interviews.
