
Spring Game to be Carried on Eight Stations, TuneIn App

MANHATTAN, Kan. – Kansas State's Purple/White Spring Game on Saturday will be carried on eight stations across the state of Kansas in addition to the TuneIn app as the K-State Sports Network and K-State Sports Properties announced its affiliate lineup.
Beginning with a 30-minute pregame show at 12:30 p.m., the Voice of the Wildcats, Wyatt Thompson, and former K-State quarterback Stan Weber will preview the 2018 Wildcats prior to calling the action with Matt Walters providing updates from the sidelines. A complete affiliate list is below.
The game will also be shown world-wide on K-StateHD.TV for free with audio from the K-State Sports Network beginning at 1 p.m. Fans can also watch the game on Roku or AppleTV as K-State announced additions to its digital streaming services last week.
Tickets to the Purple/White Spring Game are available for just $5 through the K-State Athletics Ticket office online at www.k-statesports.com/tickets, by phone at 1-800-221-CATS or at the ticket office inside Bramlage Coliseum.
The parking lots at Bill Snyder Family Stadium open at 10 a.m., while gates to the stadium open at 11:30 a.m., as fans can enter through gates M and V on the east side and B and D on the west side. General admission seating will be available in Sections 1-9 on the west side and Sections 10-17 behind the south end zone. Seating in sections on the east side of the stadium will be closed due to construction on the east club and concourse.
K-State opens the 2018 campaign on Saturday, September 1, as the Wildcats host South Dakota for the 10th-annual K-State Family Reunion. The next two games are also at Bill Snyder Family Stadium when K-State hosts SEC foe Mississippi State on September 8, and UTSA on September 15. The Wildcats open Big 12 play on the road at West Virginia on September 22, while their league home opener is on September 29 against Texas.
Friday is the priority deadline for season-ticket purchases. Single-game tickets go on sale online only exclusively for Ahearn Fund Members on Monday, July 9, and to the entire general public on Thursday, July 12.
