K-State Football Preseason Special Debuts Saturday

MANHATTAN, Kan. – Kansas State fans will have seven opportunities to preview the 2018 Wildcats prior to next Saturday's season opener as FOX Sports Midwest will air the K-State Football Preseason Special beginning this Saturday.
The one-hour show will air on FOX Sports Midwest at 4:30 p.m., on Saturday, Aug. 25, and will then be replayed on Sunday, Aug. 26 (6:30 p.m.), Monday, Aug. 27 (11 p.m.), Tuesday, Aug. 28 (10:30 a.m.), Thursday, Aug. 30 (1 p.m.) and twice on Friday, Aug. 31 (1 p.m.; 5:30 p.m.). The hour-long special will also air on K-StateHD.TV and Facebook. Saturday's Preseason Special will air on the K-State Sports Facebook page at 5:30 p.m., and the show will also be made available on the K-State Sports mobile app and via the K-StateHD.TV channel on Apple TV and Roku.
The 2018 K-State Football Preseason Special is hosted by the Voice of the Wildcats, Wyatt Thompson, along with head coach Bill Snyder and includes an inside look at the Wildcat offense, defense and special teams, a breakdown segment hosted by color commentator Stan Weber, as well as an analysis of the upcoming 2018 schedule and individual player features.
K-State, which is receiving votes in both the preseason Amway Coaches' and Associated Press polls, embarks on the 2018 campaign next Saturday with a 6:10 p.m., contest against South Dakota inside Bill Snyder Family Stadium. The game, which serves as the 10th-annual K-State Family Reunion, will be broadcast on ESPN3.
The Wildcats then host No. 18 Mississippi State on September 8 at 11 a.m., in a game televised by ESPN before closing out non-conference play at home against UTSA on September 15, at 3 p.m., on FSN.
Wildcat 4 Packs that include four reserved tickets are available for K-State's seven home games, which are priced at $85 for UTSA, $99 for South Dakota, $125 for Texas Tech, $149 for Texas, Oklahoma State and Kansas; and $199 for Mississippi State.
