Capacity Crowds Expected for K-State Baseball vs. OU

MANHATTAN, Kan. – Sellout crowds are expected for K-State's baseball series against Oklahoma this weekend as only standing-room tickets remain for Friday's game while Saturday's game is sold out, K-State Athletics officials announced Wednesday.

Friday's game, which is the annual Pack the Park Night at Tointon Stadium, will have a limited number of standing-room tickets available when gates open 90 minutes prior to first pitch at 6 p.m.

Saturday's game, scheduled at 4 p.m., is entirely sold out. Tickets remain for Sunday's series finale at 1 p.m.

Seating for K-State students will be limited. Students displaying their University ID will be admitted free but are encouraged to arrive early to ensure admission.

K-State (20-22, 5-7 Big 12) sits one game behind Oklahoma (28-14, 6-6 Big 12) in the Big 12 standings, following consecutive series victories over Texas and TCU. The Wildcats have won seven of their last nine games overall.

Games 2 and 3 of the series will air on ESPN3 and the ESPN app. Fans can also listen to the action on News Radio KMAN (93.3 FM, 1350 AM) with online audio streaming at K-StateSports.com/watch.
