Capacity Crowds Expected for K-State Baseball vs. OU

MANHATTAN, Kan. – Sellout crowds are expected for K-State's baseball series against Oklahoma this weekend as only standing-room tickets remain for Friday's game while Saturday's game is sold out, K-State Athletics officials announced Wednesday.
Friday's game, which is the annual Pack the Park Night at Tointon Stadium, will have a limited number of standing-room tickets available when gates open 90 minutes prior to first pitch at 6 p.m.
Saturday's game, scheduled at 4 p.m., is entirely sold out. Tickets remain for Sunday's series finale at 1 p.m.
Seating for K-State students will be limited. Students displaying their University ID will be admitted free but are encouraged to arrive early to ensure admission.
K-State (20-22, 5-7 Big 12) sits one game behind Oklahoma (28-14, 6-6 Big 12) in the Big 12 standings, following consecutive series victories over Texas and TCU. The Wildcats have won seven of their last nine games overall.
Coverage of the series opener on Friday is available on K-StateHD.TV as well as FOX College Sports Central. Games 2 and 3 of the series will air on ESPN3 and the ESPN app. Fans can also listen to the action on News Radio KMAN (93.3 FM, 1350 AM) with online audio streaming at K-StateSports.com/watch.
