MANHATTAN, Kan. – Each week throughout the 2025 season, k-statesports.com recaps the action for the 20 former Kansas State football players currently in the NFL.
 
Felix Anudike-Uzomah, DE – Kansas City Chiefs
In his third NFL season, Anudike-Uzomah is on injured reserve. Kansas City earned its fourth win in the last five games with a 31-0 victory over Las Vegas. The 4-3 Chiefs host Washington on Monday night.
 
Cooper Beebe, OL – Dallas Cowboys
In his second NFL season, Beebe was placed on injured reserve after Week 2 but is expected to have his practice window opened on Wednesday. Dallas picked up a 44-22 win over Washington to improve to 3-3-1, and the Cowboys play at Denver on Sunday.
 
JuJu Brents, CB – Miami Dolphins
In his third NFL season and first with the Dolphins, Brents saw time on six special teams plays in Miami's 31-6 loss at Cleveland. The 1-6 Dolphins play at Atlanta on Sunday.
 
Keenan Garber, CB – Indianapolis Colts
Garber, an undrafted rookie free agent who spent the preseason with Minnesota, is now on Indianapolis' practice squad. The Colts improved to 6-1 this season following a 38-24 win at the Los Angeles Chargers, and they host Tennessee on Sunday.
 
DJ Giddens, RB – Indianapolis Colts
A fifth-round pick in this year's draft, Giddens was in for three offensive snaps in Indianapolis' 38-24 win at the Los Angeles Chargers. The 6-1 Colts host Tennessee on Sunday.
 
Josh Hayes, DB – Tampa Bay Buccaneers
In his third season, Hayes made a tackle on kickoff coverage among his 23 special teams plays in Tampa Bay's 24-9 Monday-night loss at Detroit. The Buccaneers are 5-2 this season and play at New Orleans on Sunday.
 
Timmy Horne, DT – Tennessee Titans
Horne, who is in his fourth NFL season, is on Tennessee's practice squad. The Titans fell to 1-6 this season following a 31-13 home loss to New England, and they play at Indianapolis on Sunday.
 
Easton Kilty, OL – New Orleans Saints
Kilty, a rookie free agent signee, is on the Saints' practice squad. New Orleans fell to 1-6 this season after a 26-14 loss at Chicago, and the Saints host Tampa Bay on Sunday.
 
KT Leveston, OL – Cleveland Browns
In his second NFL season, Leveston was in for 30 offensive snaps and five special teams plays to help Cleveland pick up a 31-6 victory over Miami. The Browns improved to 2-5 this season and play at New England on Sunday.
 
Tyler Lockett, WR – Tennessee Titans
Lockett, who is in 11th NFL season, made a pair of receptions for 18 yards in Tennessee's 31-13 home loss to New England. That contest is reported to be his last game as a Titan as he asked for and was granted his release.
 
Cornelius Lucas, OL – Cleveland Browns
Lucas, who is in his 12th NFL season and first with Cleveland, started at right tackle and was in for 27 offensive snaps and five special teams plays, helping the Browns earn a 31-6 home victory over Miami. The Browns, now 2-5 this season, play at New England on Sunday.
 
Adrian Martinez, QB – San Francisco 49ers
Martinez, who signed with San Francisco's practice squad just before the start of the regular season and the active roster three weeks ago, was active but did not play in the 49ers' 20-10 home win over Atlanta. San Francisco improved to 5-2 this season prior to a game at Houston on Sunday.
 
Jacob Parrish, CB – Tampa Bay Buccaneers
A third-round draft pick by Tampa Bay, Parrish came off the bench to record four defensive tackles and a stop on kickoff coverage in the Buccaneers 24-9 loss at Detroit on Monday night. Tampa Bay, now 5-2 this season, plays at New Orleans on Sunday.
 
D.J. Reed, DB – Detroit Lions
In his eighth NFL season and first with Detroit, Reed is on injured reserve. The Lions earned a 24-9 home win over Tampa Bay on Monday night to improve to 5-2 prior to their bye week.
 
Dalton Risner, OL – Cincinnati Bengals
Risner, who is in his seventh NFL season and first with Cincinnati, made his 85th-career start and was in for all 76 offensive snaps to help the Bengals earn a 33-31 Thursday-night home win over Pittsburgh. Cincinnati is 3-4 this season before hosting the New York Jets on Sunday.
 
Marques Sigle, S – San Francisco 49ers
A fifth-round selection in this year's draft, Sigle started his seventh-straight game to begin his career and had two tackles among his 20 defensive snaps and six special teams plays in San Francisco's 20-10 home win over Atlanta. The 49ers, now 5-2 this season, play at Houston on Sunday.
 
Ben Sinnott, TE – Washington Commanders
In his second season, Sinnott saw time on 20 offensive snaps and 18 special teams plays in Washington's 44-22 loss at Dallas. The Commanders fell to 3-4 this season prior to a game at Kansas City on Monday night.
 
Skylar Thompson, QB – Pittsburgh Steelers
Thompson, who is in Pittsburgh after spending his first three seasons in Miami, is on injured reserve. The Steelers fell at Cincinnati, 33-31, on Thursday night to drop to 4-2 this season, and Pittsburgh hosts Green Bay on Sunday night.
 
Deuce Vaughn, RB – Denver Broncos
Vaughn, who spent his first two seasons in Dallas, is on Denver's practice squad. The Broncos scored 33 fourth-quarter points to record a 33-32 win over the New York Giants, their fourth-straight victory. Denver, now 5-2 this season, hosts Dallas on Sunday.
 
Russ Yeast, S – Cincinnati Bengals
In his third NFL season, Yeast is on Cincinnati's practice squad. The Bengals picked up a 33-31 home win over Pittsburgh on Thursday night to improve to 3-4 this season before hosting the New York Jets on Sunday.
