
K-State Tennis Announces 2026 Spring Schedule

Season features nine home matches indoor and at Mike Goss Tennis Stadium
MANHATTAN, Kan.- K-State women's tennis coach Jordan Smith announced on Friday (December 19) the 2026 spring schedule, with the first matches scheduled for January 15. In Manhattan, the Wildcats will host nine matches, indoors and at Mike Goss Tennis Stadium.
The team will start the new year down the road in Lawrence, Kan., for the Jayhawk Invitational on January 15-17 at the Jayhawk Tennis Center.
In the first dual match, the Cats will face Nebraska on January 23 in Lincoln, Neb., before a neutral site meeting in Kansas City, Mo., on January 30 against Clemson. In Fayetteville, Ark., K-State will face Tulsa on February 7 before battling Arkansas the next day on February 8.
The Wildcats will start a five-match home series indoors with three final non-conference opponents. Starting on Friday, February 13, versus in-state competition Wichita State before facing Old Dominion on February 20 and Minnesota on February 22.
The Big 12 conference stretch begins at home with Cincinnati on Friday, February 27, and West Virginia on March 1.
The Wildcats will face Colorado for the first time as a conference foe, and the first since 2018, in Boulder, Co., on March 6 before a matchup against Texas Tech on March 8. The next week the Cats will only have one opponent, Oklahoma State, in Stillwater, Okla., on March 14.
Back at home at Mike Goss Tennis Stadium, the team will play Baylor on Friday, March 20 and TCU on March 22.
K-State will head to the state of Utah to start a four-match road stretch, starting at BYU in Provo on March 26 before facing Utah on March 28 in Salt Lake City. To kick off April, the Wildcats head to Orlando for a matchup with UCF on April 3 before a quick turnaround to face Houston on April 5.
To finish off the regular season, the Cats will compete at home for a final weekend on Friday, April 10 against Iowa State before competing in the Sunflower Showdown versus Kansas on April 12.
The Big 12 Championship will be hosted in Florida for the first time as UCF is set to host in Orlando on April 15-18 at the UCF Collegiate Tennis Center.
