MANHATTAN, Kan. – Each week throughout the 2025 season, k-statesports.com recaps the action for the 18 former Kansas State football players currently in the NFL.
Felix Anudike-Uzomah, DE – Kansas City Chiefs
In his third season, Anudike-Uzomah is on injured reserve. Kansas City suffered a 20-13 home loss to Denver on Christmas Night to drop to 6-10, and the Chiefs conclude the 2025 season at Las Vegas on Sunday.
Cooper Beebe, OL – Dallas Cowboys
In his second season, Beebe carded his 10th start of the year and was in for all 92 offensive snaps during Dallas' 30-23 win at Washington on Christmas. The Cowboys, 7-8-1, conclude the 2025 season on Sunday at the New York Giants.
JuJu Brents, CB – Miami Dolphins
Brents, who is in his third NFL season and first with the Dolphins, is on injured reserve. Miami earned a 20-17 home win over Tampa Bay to improve to 7-9, and the Dolphins finish the season on Sunday at New England.
DJ Giddens, RB – Indianapolis Colts
A fifth-round pick in this year's draft, Giddens was active for the first time since Week 7 and logged one offensive snap during Indianapolis' 23-17 home loss to Jacksonville. The Colts, 8-8 this year, conclude the season at Houston on Sunday.
Josh Hayes, DB – Tampa Bay Buccaneers
In his third season, Hayes was in for 21 special teams plays during the Buccaneers' 20-17 loss at Miami. Tampa Bay fell to 7-9, and the defeat set up a winner-take-all game for the NFC South on Saturday at home game against Carolina.
Timmy Horne, DT – Tennessee Titans
Horne, who is in his fourth season, is on Tennessee's practice squad. The Titans fell at home to New Orleans, 34-26, to drop to 3-13 before concluding the season at Jacksonville on Sunday.
Easton Kilty, OL – New Orleans Saints
Kilty, a rookie free agent signee, is on the Saints' practice squad. New Orleans won its fourth-straight game, a 34-26 victory at Tennessee, to improve to 6-10, and the Saints wrap up the season at Atlanta on Sunday.
KT Leveston, OL – Cleveland Browns
In his second season, Leveston made his sixth start of the year and was in for all 52 offensive snaps to help Cleveland pick up a 13-6 home win over Pittsburgh. The Browns improved to 4-12, and they finish the season on Sunday at Cincinnati.
Tyler Lockett, WR – Las Vegas Raiders
Joining Las Vegas midseason after beginning the year with Tennessee, Lockett had two catches – including a 4-yard touchdown – among his 33 offensive snaps during the Raiders' 34-10 home loss to the New York Giants. Las Vegas, 2-14 this year, concludes the season at home on Sunday against Kansas City.
Cornelius Lucas, OL – Cleveland Browns
Lucas, who is in his 12th season, was in for one offensive snaps as an eligible tackle and three special teams plays during the Browns' 13-6 home win over Pittsburgh. Cleveland, 4-12 this year, concludes the season at Cincinnati on Sunday.
Jacob Parrish, CB – Tampa Bay Buccaneers
A third-round draft pick by Tampa Bay, Parrish came away with five tackles among his 41 defensive snaps in addition to seeing time on 10 special teams plays during Tampa Bay's 20-17 loss at Miami. The Buccaneers are 7-9 this season and play in a de facto NFC South Championship Game on Saturday at home against Carolina.
D.J. Reed, DB – Detroit Lions
In his eighth NFL season and first in Detroit, Reed tallied three tackles and a pass breakup among his 53 defensive snaps during Detroit's 23-10 loss at Minnesota on Christmas. Seeing their record drop to 8-8, the Lions conclude the year at Chicago on Sunday.
Dalton Risner, OL – Cincinnati Bengals
Risner, who is in his seventh NFL season and first with Cincinnati, recorded his 10th start this year and 91st of his career as he was in for all 64 offensive snaps during the Bengals' 37-14 home win over Arizona. Sitting at 6-10 on the year, Cincinnati concludes the season at home against Cleveland on Sunday.
Marques Sigle, S – San Francisco 49ers
A fifth-round selection in this year's draft, Sigle registered a tackle on kickoff coverage among his 24 special teams plays in the 49ers' sixth-straight victory, a 42-38 home win over Chicago Sunday night. San Francisco, which is in the playoffs at 12-4, can win the NFC West with a victory at Seattle on Saturday night.
Ben Sinnott, TE – Washington Commanders
In his second season, Sinnott made three receptions for 29 yards among his 27 offensive snaps in addition to seeing time on 16 special teams plays during Washington's 30-23 home loss to Dallas on Christmas. The Commanders, who are 4-12, wrap up the season on Sunday at Philadelphia.
Skylar Thompson, QB – Pittsburgh Steelers
Thompson, in his fourth NFL season and first with Pittsburgh, is on injured reserve. The Steelers suffered a 13-6 setback at Cleveland to drop to 9-7 this season, and they host Baltimore on Sunday night in a game that will decide the AFC North.
Deuce Vaughn, RB – Denver Broncos
In his third NFL season and first with the Broncos, Vaughn is on Denver's practice squad. The Broncos earned a 20-13 win at Kansas City on Christmas Night and later in the week claimed the AFC West by virtue of a Los Angeles Chargers' loss. Denver, 13-3 this season, hosts the Chargers on Sunday.
Russ Yeast, S – Cincinnati Bengals
In his third NFL season and first with Cincinnati, is on the Bengals' practice squad. Cincinnati earned its second-straight victory – 37-14 win over Arizona – to improve to 6-10, and the Bengals wrap up the 2025 campaign at home on Sunday against Cleveland.
