Opening Statement…
"Good afternoon, everyone. It's a busy day around here with it being Labor Day and having the players around a little bit more. We were able to watch the film this morning. Typically, we don't get a chance to do that because of classes. We made some corrections, a handful of things on both sides of the ball. Then, this afternoon, we'll come back together and have our team meeting and change our focus to Army, which will be a big task for us. They've got a really good team, and (they are) really well coached. I've known Coach (Jeff) Monken for an awful long time and have tons of respect. I've competed against Jeff for a long time. I know how good his teams are. So, I don't have much of an injury report because they didn't come in with Mindy (Hoffman) until 11:00 today. So, I probably will be pretty vague with guys that maybe were nicked up because we haven't seen them at all yet. So, we've got some things we've got to do to clean some things up and get better. It's easier to do that with a win. You have their attention probably a little bit more when you have a win. I was pleased with the way we finished the game, getting a stop on defense and taking a two-minute drive 81 yards. It was a great job by Avery (Johnson) and the offense of getting that done and then getting the stop on defense. So, in the end, I'm obviously disappointed like we talked about on Saturday, but happy that the guys had resolved to find a way."
