K-State Announces Schedule Changes to Home Opening Weekend

MANHATTAN, Kan. – Due to forecasted inclement weather conditions on Sunday, K-State and Columbia officials have announced that Friday's home opener will now feature a doubleheader beginning at 2 p.m. at Tointon Family Stadium.
The second game on Friday will follow approximately 45 minutes after the conclusion of Game 1 of the doubleheader. The stadium will not be cleared between games. Saturday's 1 p.m. game at Tointon Family Stadium will be played as scheduled, and Sunday's game has been canceled.
Fans who purchased single-game tickets for Sunday's match-up will receive a separate email with more information.
Both games of Friday's doubleheader can be seen ESPN+ and the ESPN app with radio coverage on KMAN (93.3FM/1350AM). A free live audio is available at kstatesports.com/watch.
