Coaching Staff Appearances

To request a coaching staff appearance please contact Vera White: vwhite@kstatesports.com in the Compliance Office for approval based on NCAA bylaws. It is at the discretion of the requested individual whether or not they will attend the engagement. Please send an email well in advance of the date of your event so that all concerned may be contacted and availability assessed.

Appearances by coaching staff members are regulated by the Kansas State Athletics Compliance staff in coordination with the Director of Athletics. Sensitivity is given to coaches' practice, competition, and training schedules. In addition, coaching staff members are precluded from appearing in commercials and promotional activities unless approved by the Director of Athletics and the multimedia rights partner, Learfield Communications/K-State Sports Properties.

All appearances require fees and travel expenses paid by the requested party. Requests will be considered on a first come, first serve basis and must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event date. Completion of this form does not guarantee that Kansas State University Athletics Department will fulfill the request. All Kansas State University campus and athletic events are top priority and will be scheduled before any other events.
