General Reminders
- ALL crew will need to enter through Gate D (SW Corner of stadium). Reminder to clock in at the North Elevator lobby on the 6th floor when you arrive.
- Department clear bag policy will be in effect, please leave any bags, backpacks, purses, etc that you don’t need at home or in your car. You will also be going through metal detectors, so please be aware of that as well.
- If you have any questions about anything you will be doing on gameday, please ask ahead of time so we can get you caught up to speed before the day of the game. Please do what you need to do to make sure you are ready for the day.
- For anyone needing to access the South Endzone camera area in the Shamrock Zone, we should only be entering the doors on the East side of the building. The West side of the deck area there will be a donor area so we do not want to walk through that area or take equipment through there. So please use the doors and elevators on the East side.
- We have limited parking credentials for Football. You are welcome to find your own way to the stadium, but if you need a ride a car pool will be leaving Dole Hall 15 minutes prior to crew call. If you want a ride you need to be there on-time. Be sure to pick up your football credentials prior to working the game so you are able to access the stadium.
- If your setup is complete and there is no where you are needed to help with additional prep for the game, please remain at your assigned positions. If you are waiting in WSC for meeting or meal, do not sit in the media area of the press box. If you need a place to wait please use the North elevator lobby, the photo deck, the work room, or the control room. You may sit out in the food area by the TVs but noise should be kept to a minimum as people are working around that area.
- Please also take a look at the setup and strike assignments for your positions so that you know your responsibilities. These are listed on the crew schedule.
