- VIZRT Graphics Things To Know
All of our graphics packages come from ESPN. The way they operate is all very similar but each sport has its own unique aspects with the score bug and what stats you are using.
We realize that everyone might not know the intricacies of every sport, but part of your job is to learn the sports and what different stats are. You must learn to read the box scores, understand the plays, the rules, etc. Do a little research on the things you don’t know to educate yourself and the results will show.
Remember, don’t just be a button pusher, be an operator that can think critically.Find meaningful stats and graphics that you can create. Everything you make won’t make air, but the more you have ready the better prepared we will be when we have time to fill.
The WSC control is open for you to come in and get some hands-on experience at any time. Take advantage of this opportunity to review what you have been shown, get some muscle memory, and explore menus. Spending time on the equipment is the only way to learn it.
