Competed in the Chile Pepper Festival (9/30/22) finishing the 8k at 27:23.1 in 273^rd.
Ran in the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational (9/17/22) and posted an 8k time of 27:13.4, placing 139^th.
In the Bob Timmons Classic (9/3/22) he recorded a 6k time of 20:46.7 placing 29^th overall.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2021)

AS A FRESHMAN (2020)

At the Oklahoma State Invitational (10/17/20) he ran an 8k time of 27:37.6, placing 83^rd.
Posted a personal best 8k time of 26:31.6 at Cowboy Jamboree (10/3/20), placing 75^th.
Ran in his first collegiate meet at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/19/20), finishing 27^th with a personal best 6k time of 20:06.6.

Ran the mile in 4 meets during the season; finishing 2^ndat the K-State Winter Invitational (12/22/21) at 4:36.48 and 4^th in the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/21-22/22) with a time of 4:25.25.

AS A FRESHMAN (2020-21)
OUTDOOR

Competing in one meet during the season he performed two personal bests in the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/7-8/21) with a 2^nd place finish in the 800m at 1:56.70 and in the 1500m with a time of 3:59.54 placing 5^th.

INDOOR

During the Steve Miller Invitational (2/20/21) he won with his mile personal best at 4:22.47.
At the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/29-30/21) he ran his 3000m personal best at 8:52.85 with a 2^nd place finish.
In his first meet at the K-State Wildcat Invitational (1/9/21) he finished 5^th in the mile at 4:33.18.

PRIOR TO K-STATE

Competed at St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Overland Park, Kan.
Lettered in cross country and track and field.
Advanced to the Class 5A State Cross Country Championships three straight seasons, including finishing 3rd as a senior in 2019 with a time of 16:11.8 to help St. Thomas Aquinas win the team Class 5A State Championship.
Finished in the top-10 in both the 1,600m and 3,200m at the 2019 Class 5A State Championship, including a 6th-place finish in the 1,600m with a time of 4:26.72 and a 7th-place finish in the 3,200m with a time of 9:48.87.
