AS A SENIOR (2023)

Competed in the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/10/23) where she ran in the 6k with a time of 22:46.6.
Recorded a new 6k personal best at the Big 12 Championship (10/28/23) with a time of 21:39.5, placing 58^th.
Finished right outside the top-50 in the 6k at the Panorama Farms Classic (10/14/23) with a time of 22:01.6, placing 51^st.
Ran in the 6k at the Gans Creek Classic (9/29/23) with a 25^th place time of 21:43.9, four seconds faster than her time during the same meet in 2021.
During the John McNichols Invitational (9/16/23) she ran in the 5k with a time of 17:49.3, placing 13^th.
At the first meet of the season at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/2/23) she finished second for the Wildcats in 4^th place with a time of 18:30.9.

AS A JUNIOR (2022)

During the NCAA Midwest Regionals (11/11/22) she was three second shy of a new 6k best at 21:50.5, finishing 107^th, almost 30 seconds better than her time set at last season's Regionals.
At the Big 12 Championships (10/28/22) she finished 41^st in the 6k with a time of 22:29.5.
In the first 6k of the season at the Weis-Crockett Invitational (10/15/22) she recorded a time of 22:06.0, placing 76^th.
Ran in the Chile Pepper Festival (9/30/22) and in consecutive meets ran a new 5k best of 17:32.8 with a top-50 finish at 36^th.
Competed in the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational (9/17/22) and shaved 30 seconds off her 5k time with 17:55.5 and finishing in 10^th place.
In the first meet of the season at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/3/22) she recorded a 5k time at 18:22.1 in a 3^rd place finish.

AS A JUNIOR (2021)

Advanced to the Midwest Region Championship (11/12/21) for the second time, finishing 100^th with a 6k time of 22:18.2.
Helped the Wildcats to a second consecutive 5th-place finish at the Big 12 Championships (10/29/21), placing 44^th with a 6k time of 23:09.6.
In the Pre-National meet (10/15/21) she recorded a 6k time of 22:03.0, placing 174^th.
Posted a top-30 6k time of 21:47.2 to place 28^th at the Gans Creek Classic (10/1/21).
In the first meet of the season she finished 37^th at the Cowboy Jamboree (9/18/21) with a 6k time of 22:46.5.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2020)

Helped the Wildcats capture their highest finish (5th) at the Big 12 Championships (10/30/20) since 2001, placing 53^rdwith a 6k time of 23:19.1.
In her second consecutive meet at the Oklahoma State Invitational (10/17/20) she finished 49^th with a 6k time of 23:52.8.
At the Cowboy Jamboree (10/3/20) she finished in the top-50 with a 6k time of 23:30.8, finishing 49^th.
To start the season she finished 17^th in the 5k at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/19/20) with a time of 19:31.6

AS A FRESHMAN (2019)

Advanced to the Midwest Regional Championship (11/15/19) for the first time, finishing 197^th with a 6k time of 24:28.2.
In her Big 12 Championships (11/2/19) debut she posted a 6k time of 24:23.9 to place 81^st.
In her first collegiate meet at the Pre-National Invitational (11/19/19), she posted a 6k time of 24:52.5, placing 157^th.

At the Shocker Open (5/3/24) she ran in the 1,500 meters with a 3^rdplace time of 4:48.46.
Finished runner-up in the 5,000 meters during the Ward Haylett Invitational (4/26/24) with a time of 18:12.54, she also ran in the 800 meters in 2:23.58.
Ran in the 5,000 meters at the WashU Distance Carnival (3/28-29/24) with a time of 17:31.9, 33^rdout of 209 runners.
Competed in two events to start the outdoor season at the Hurricane Invitational (3/15-16/24), recording her 1,500 meters personal best with a time of 4:41.40, also running in the 3,000 meters in 10:11.19.

INDOOR

Ran her fastest mile at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/16/24) with a time of 5:04.59 in 3^rdplace.
Recorded her 3,000 meters personal best at the Tyson Invitational (2/9-10/24) with a time of 10:07.10, four seconds faster than her time in the same meet last season.
Competed in the 1,000 meters for the first time at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (2/1-3/24) with a time of 3:00.06 in 9^th place, also the mile with a 7^th place time of 5:05.83.
In her first meet of the season at the Texas Tech Corky Classic (1/19-20/24) she ran in the mile with a time of 5:20.72.

AS A JUNIOR (2022-23)
OUTDOOR

During the Big 12 Championships (5/12-14/23) she ran in her first 10,000 meters with a time of 37:50.28, finishing 15^th.
Ran in the 1,500 meters at the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6/23) finishing in 4^th place in 4:47.50.
Competed in the 5,000 meters at the Rock Chalk Classic (4/29/23) with a 5^th place time of 18:04.03.
At the Michael Johnson Invitational (4/21-22/23) she recorded a new 1,500 meters personal best with a time of 4:42.38, in 13^th place.
Recorded a new 5,000 meters personal best at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/13-15/23) with an 8^th place time of 17:19.02.
Won the 5,000 meters at the ESU Relays (3/23-25/23) with a time of 17:21.50.

INDOOR

Ran in the mile at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/17/23) with a 5^th place time of 5:09.88.
At the Tyson Invitational (2/10-11/23) she ran in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:11.73.
During the Texas Tech Open & Multis (1/26-28/23) she ran in the 3,000 meters, finishing 7^th in 10:26.28.
In her first meet of the season at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/13/23) she ran in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:14.37.

AS A JUNIOR (2021-22)
OUTDOOR

During the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6-7/22) she ran a new personal best in the 800 meters with a time of 2:23.14, also winning the 1,500 meters at 4:44.03.
At the Kip Janvrin Open (4/28-29/22) she recorded her 5,000 meters personal best with a time of 17:38.62, finishing runner-up.

INDOOR

Ran in the mile at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/18/22) where she finished runner-up at 5:10.26.
Recorded a 3^rd place 3,000 meters time of 10:15.27 at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (2/4-5/22).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2020-21)
OUTDOOR

At the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/7-8/21) she ran in her first 800 meters with a 3^rd place time of 2:23.96.
Ran her fastest 5,000 meters this season at the Rock Chalk Classic (4/30-5/1/21) with a time of 17:54.78, where she placed 8^th.
In the John Jacobs Invitational (4/23-24/21) she ran in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:47.95, finishing 4^th.
Competed in her first 5,000 meters at the Wichita State Shocker Spring Invitational (3/26-27/21) where she placed 6^th at 18:58.66.

INDOOR

At the Steve Miller Invitational (2/20/21) she competed in two events again, the mile where she finished 2^nd at 5:19.56 and in the 3,000 meters with a 3^rd place time of 10:49.03.
In consecutive meets she ran in the mile at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/29-30/21) with a time of 5:19.77, finishing 3^rd.
During the Jayhawk Classic (1/22-23/21) she ran the mile at 5:20.27, placing 7^th.
In the first meet of the season at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/16/21) she ran in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:48.60, placing 8^th.

AS A FRESHMAN (2019-20)

INDOOR

At the Steve Miller Open (2/22/20) she competed in two events, the mile where she took 1^st with a time of 5:28.43, and in the 3,000 meters at 11:04.59, where she finished 3^rd.
In her first meet at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/24-25/20) she ran a 5:34.42 mile, finishing 14^th.

PRIOR TO K-STATE

Competed at Andover Center High School in Andover, Kan.
Lettered in cross country and track and field as well as swimming, soccer and basketball.
Earned all-state honors in both cross country and track and field.
Holds the school records in the 1,600m, 3,200m and 4x800m relay.
Was a four-time state qualifier in cross country, finishing 14^th at the 2017 Class 4A State Championship as a junior with a season-best time of 20:27.3.
Part of relay teams that performed well at the State Championships, including a state runner-up finish in the 4x400m relay as a junior in 2018 with a time of 4:06.44 and 3rd place finish in the 4x800m relay as a senior in 2019 with a time 9:56.98.
Finished 7th in the 1,600m at the 2019 State Championships with a personal-best time of 5:24.38.
Was the Valedictorian of her senior class and a Kansas Honor Scholar.
Member of the National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society.
