Ran in three races in 2020... Completed the Big 12 Championship in 45th place with a new personal record of 25:31.8... Ran to a 61st-place finish at the OSU Invite amongst a national field... Finished 69th overall at the Cowboy Jamboree.

2019 - Redshirt Sophomore
Raced in three of the six races in 2019... Ran a personal best in the 8k race at the Big 12 Championships (25:55.4)... Finished 57th overall to help K-State to a sixth place finish at the Big 12 Championship.

2018 - Redshirt Freshman
Raced in all six races for the Wildcats in 2018, scoring in four of six meets throughout the season… Ran personal best 8k at the Rim Rock Collegiate Classic, running a 25:57.1 to place 35^th overall… Placed 51^st at the Big 12 Championship meet in 25:57.5… Capped the season off with a personal best in the 10k, where he ran a 33:18.3 to place 120^th.

Competed at Spring Hill High School in Spring Hill, Kansas… Was the 2016 KSHSAA Class 4A 3200-meter Champion, setting a new state record in the event with a time of 9:25.19… Finished third in both the 800 meters (1:58.41) and the 1600 meter (4:26.08) at the same meet… Also competed in Cross Country, where he was a runner up in the 2015 KSHSAA Cross Country Championships (16:18.40)… Was the Tri-County Spotlight boys runner of the year in 2015 and 2016.
