Owen Jordan enters his third year on the K-State staff in 2018, working with both the quarterbacks and wide receivers.

Jordan came to K-State from Minnesota where he served as a quality control assistant from December 2015 to August 2016. As a member of the Gopher staff, Jordan scouted opponents and self-scouted the offense for a team that won the 2015 Quick Lane Bowl over Central Michigan.

A former college quarterback, Jordan played two seasons at Fort Scott Community College before transferring to Lincoln (Mo.) University where he played the 2014 and 2015 seasons. Jordan threw for 3,925 career yards and 24 touchdowns on 346-of-618 aim, including the single-season school records for completions (186) and attempts (330) as a senior in 2015.

Jordan, who attended Columbus Unified High School in Columbus, Kansas, earned his undergraduate degree in physical education from Lincoln University in 2015.
