• 2023 Second Team Academic All-Big 12
CAREER: Played in 29 games over parts of three seasons.
2023: Played in 12 games with four starts, totaling 14 catches for 184 yards and a touchdown... Set career highs in the season opener against SEMO in receptions (5), receiving yards (119) and long reception (44), the latter of which went for a touchdown... Teamed with tight end Ben Sinnott (100 yards) for the 16th double 100-yard receiving game in school history... Also had three catches for 31 yards against Troy and two catches for 18 yards at Missouri... A Second Team Academic All-Big 12 performer.
2022: A reserve wide receiver who saw time in every game, totaling seven catches for 70 yards and a touchdown... Perhaps his biggest catch of the year was a 25-yard touchdown in the third quarter of the Big 12 Championship to give K-State a 21-10 lead over TCU... Also had a 17-yard catch against South Dakota and a 10-yard reception at Baylor.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Berkeley Prep under head coach Dominic Ciao... Helped the Buccaneers earn a 7-2 record and a state runner-up finish... Finished prep career by tallying 1,342 yards on 71 receptions with 11 touchdowns... Also returned 17 kickoffs for 504 yards (29.6 yards per return)... Named to the 2020 Sports Illustrated All-America preseason watch list... An honorable mention on the 2019 Tampa Bay Times Hillsborough County team... PERSONAL: Renaldo Garcia II was born January 1, 2003, in Tampa, Florida... Son of Renaldo and Jodi Garcia... Has one sibling, Rico... Father, Renaldo, was a three-year starting guard for the Florida basketball team from 1987-1991, helping the Gators earn their first SEC Championship in 1989... Renaldo went on to play professionally in Honduras... Majoring in communication studies.
