Maddi Gage

Maddi Gage is in her fifth season at K-State in 2026 and first as the program's Director of Player Engagement. She originally came to K-State as the Wildcats' Director of On-Campus Recruiting.
In her role, Gage supports the holistic growth and success of football student-athletes by managing player onboarding, personal development initiatives, academic collaboration, parent communication, and on-campus recruiting experiences, recruiting strategies and K-State’s Pro Day. She also assists with staff events, team functions, and program-wide culture efforts.
While working as the Director of On-Campus Recruiting, Gage helped coordinate all official and unofficial visits to Manhattan, collaborating with various departments within K-State Athletics, the K-State campus and the community.
Gage came to Kansas State from Temple where she was most recently the Director of On-Campus Recruiting, leading the on-campus recruiting efforts for the Owls from March to June of 2022. For the 2021 football season, Gage was at Georgia Southern where she served as the Director of On-Campus Recruiting.
A native of Wichita, Kansas, Gage is a 2014 graduate of Maize High School. After graduation, she attended Hutchinson Community College and was a member of the volleyball team from 2014 to 2016. She graduated with her Associate’s Degree in Business from Hutch in 2016 before transferring to Oklahoma State in 2016 where she completed her Bachelor’s in Sports Management and Marketing. Gage then pursued her Master’s in Adult and Higher Education with an Emphasis in Intercollegiate Athletic Administration from the University of Oklahoma, graduating in 2020.
Gage served in several different departments during her two years at Oklahoma, including men’s basketball as the On-Campus Recruiting Operations Assistant for Lon Kruger, Graduate Assistant for Athletic Academic Services, Athletics Compliance Intern and Football Student Recruiting Assistant for Lincoln Riley’s staff.
Gage and her husband Adam - an assistant men's basketball coach at Manhattan Christian College - have one daughter, Brynleigh.
