Bailey Bachamp enters her 15th year working with the Kansas State men’s basketball program in 2026-27, including her fifth as the Director of Men’s Basketball Operations after being retained by first-year head coach Casey Alexander.
Hired July 2012, Bachamp has been part of 257 wins during her tenure, which has included a pair of Big 12 regular-season championships (2012-13, 2018-19) and six trips to the NCAA Tournament. Her tenure spans the tenures of head coaches Bruce Weber, Jerome Tang and now Alexander.
Bachamp oversees all logistics related to the day-to-day operations of the program including team travel and meals, managing the program’s operating budget, camps and clinics, operating the Legends former player program and she also handles the personal schedule of Alexander.
Bachamp has athletics experience as an undergraduate, serving four years as a student assistant in the football office, where she assisted in the recruiting process. She also spent a summer as a cheerleading marketing intern with the Kansas City Chiefs.
A native of Manhattan, Kan., and graduate of Manhattan High, she earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Kansas State in 2011. Formerly Bailey Borck, she is married to former Wildcat wide receiver Cole Bachamp. The couple have twin boys – Dylan and Brooks.
