Ryan Strohm enters his second season as a graduate student manager at Kansas State in 2018-19.
 
In his first season, Strohm helped the Wildcats to a 25-win season and their first trip to the Elite Eight since 2009-10. His primary duties are to assist in the initial breakdown of game video, aid in gathering scouting information as well as help coordinate film exchange. He also assists with recruiting database and travel.

Strohm joined the staff in 2017 after spending a year as a skills trainer for Pure Sweat Basketball, which trains basketball players of all levels to improve their skills.
 
A native of St. Louis, Strohm was a Division III baseball player, first at Westminster College (2012-14) in Fulton, Missouri, before concluding his career at Greenville College (2014-16) in Greenville, Illinois. A left-handed pitcher, he helped Greenville Panthers capture the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) Tournament Championship and a trip to the Division III Central Regional in Waverly, Iowa as a junior in 2015. In his career, he posted a 10-7 record in 24 appearances from the mound with a 3.91 ERA, 102 strikeouts and three complete games.
 
His father, Joe, is a longtime employee of the St. Louis Cardinals and is currently Vice President of Ticket Sales.
 
Strohm earned his bachelor’s degree in math education from Greenville College in 2016. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in College Student Personnel and Intercollegiate Athletics.
