An explosive athlete on the perimeter and a solid defender at the off-guard or small forward positions... Ranked as the No. 9 shooting guard by Lindy's and the No. 10 two-guard by Future Stars... Known as a slasher, but also possess excellent mid-range shooting touch and solid 3-point range... Is also a strong rebounder.
Junior College
Played two seasons at Southern Idaho, appearing in 63 games and making 33 starts... Named to the Scenic West Athletic Conference (SWAC) all-tournament team as a senior... Also a Region 18 honorable mention selection... Averaged 16.1 points, 6.5 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 2.3 steals during 2001-02... Finished 10th in the conference in scoring, eighth in rebounding and third in steals... Shot 54.0 percent from the floor... Led CSI on the scoreboard in 10 games, including 35 points vs. the Northwest All-Stars... Also paced the Golden Eagles on the glass in nine contests... Had a season-high 12 boards in an overtime loss to 2002 NJCAA runner-up Schoolcraft College... Helped lead the Golden Eagles to a 26-6 record and a berth in the 2002 NJCAA Tournament... Averaged 8.8 points and 5.8 rebounds as a freshman on a CSI team that went 29-4 and reached the Region 18 championship game... Only led the Golden Eagles once on the scoreboard, tallying 17 points vs. Southeastern Iowa, but paced CSI 10 times on the boards, including a 16-rebound performance against the Northwest All-Stars... His 5.8 rpg average ranked 12th in the SWAC... Also ranked fourth in the SWAC in field goal percentage, shooting 55 percent for the season... Played in the backcourt with Missouri signee Ricky Clemons at CSI... Coached by Guy Beach.

Prepped at Rainier Beach High School in Seattle... Named to the to USA Today All-USA High School Boys Basketball Team (honorable mention) as a senior... Led Rainier Beach to a 26-4 record in 2000 and a third-place finish in the Washington 3A state tournament.
