- Makol Mawien was born November 8, 1996 in Cairo, Egypt⦠Parents are Mawien Arik and Adut Dor⦠Has five siblings⦠Migrated to the U.S., as a young child after being born in a refugee camp in Cairo, Egypt and grew up outside of Salt Lake City⦠His parents are originally from South Sudan⦠Passed his citizenship test in the summer of 2018 and is a full citizen.
- Earned a bachelorās degree in communications in May 2020.
