AS A SENIOR (2023-24)
OUTDOOR
- Helped set a new outdoor 4x400 relay school record at the NCAA West Preliminary (5/22-25/24) with a time of 3:03.15, finishing 5th. He also ran in the 400m dash first round where he ran in 45.30 seconds, no. 2 in the K-State all-time top-10, in 5th place. In the quarterfinal race, he finished 9th in 45.74 seconds.
- Medaled twice at the Big 12 Championship (5/9-11/24) finishing 5th in the 400m dash in 45.76 seconds and in the 4x400 relay where his team also finished 5th with a time of 3:05.90.
- During the Mt SAC Relays (4/17-18/24) he ran in the elite 400m dash in 45.80 seconds in 6th place. Also ran in the 4x400 elite relay where his team finished 4th in 3:04.42.
- In his first meet of the season at the Jim Click Shootout (4/5-6/24) his 4x400 relay team won with a time of 3:04.66. He also ran in the 200m dash in 21.28 seconds in 5th place.
- Earned Second Team All-American honors at the NCAA Championship (3/7-9/24) in Boston, his 4x400 relay team finishing 10th with a time of 3:05.39. He also ran in the 400m dash preliminary race, where he finished 11th in 46.37 seconds.
- Broke the K-State indoor, meet and facility record in the 400m dash at the Big 12 Championship (2/23-24/24). He won the preliminary round in 45.18 seconds, before finishing 5th and medaling in the final round in 45.89 seconds. He also medaled in the 4x400 relay, the team finishing runner-up with a time of 3:05.03 (altitude).
- Helped set a new indoor 4x400 relay school record during the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (2/1-3/24) as the first leg of the race with a time of 3:04.84. Also ran in the 400m dash with a 3rd place time of 46.30.
- At the Texas Tech Corky Classic (1/19-20/24) he ran in the 4x400 relay where his team finished 2nd in 3:06.16 (altitude).
- In his first meet as a Wildcat at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/12/24) he finished runner-up in the 400m dash in 48.07 seconds.
AS A SENIOR AT SE LOUISIANA (2022-23)
- Finished 18th in the 400m dash semifinals at the NCAA East Preliminary (5/25-27/23) in 47.46 seconds.
- During the Southland Conference Championship (5/4-6/23) he recorded his 200m dash personal best in 20.78 (1.7) seconds in 4th place. He also won the 400m dash in 46.06 seconds.
- At the LSU Twilight (2/17/23) he recorded his 60m dash personal best in 7.01 seconds.
AS A JUNIOR AT SE LOUISIANA (2021-22)
- Was runner-up in the 400m dash at the Southland Conference Championship (5/6-8/22) in 46.76 seconds. His 4x400 relay team won with a time of 3:08.62.
- Won both the 200m and 400m dash at the Southeastern/Mobile Dual (3/18/22) with a new 400m personal best in 46.04 seconds and 21.60 in the 200m dash.
AS A SOPHOMORE AT MCKENDREE (2020-21)
- At the NCAA DII Championship (5/27-29/21) he finished runner-up in the 400m dash in 46.71 seconds.
- Recorded his 100m dash personal best at the John Creer Invite (4/11/21) with a winning time of 11.00 (-0.7) seconds. He also won the 200m dash in 22.93 (4.3) seconds.
AS A FRESHMAN AT MCKENDREE (2019-2020)
- Ran in his first 300m dash at the Principia College Relays (1/31-2/1/20) in 37.19 seconds.
PRIOR TO K-STATE
- Previously competed at Southeastern Louisiana and McKendree, both for two years.
