During the Big 12 Championships (5/12-14/23) he ran in the 1,500m preliminary with a time of 3:50.12, finishing 16^th.
Ran in the 1,500m at the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6/23) with a 4^th place time of 3:53.87.
At the Rock Chalk Classic (4/29/23) he ran in the 800m with a 7^th place time of 1:54.98.
Recorded a his 1,500m personal best at the Michael Johnson Invitational (4/21-22/23) with an 8^th place time of 3:49.86, beating his previous best from 2021.
Competed in his first 4x800 relay at the Texas Relays (3/29-4/1/23) where his team finished 8^th with a time of 7:38.50.
In the first outdoor meet of the season at the UTSA Invitational (3/17-18/23) he competed in two events, the 800m in a 5^th place 1:56.79, the 1,500m with a time of 4:01.61 and in the 4x400 relay with at 3:31.68.

INDOOR

Competed at the Big 12 Championships (2/24-25/23) in the DMR where his team finished with a time of 9:56.29.
Finished 4^th in the 1,000m at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/17/23) with a time of 2:28.74.
At the Tyson Invitational (2/10-11/23) he ran the mile, finishing 8^thwith a time of 4:09.93.
During the Texas Tech Open & Multis (1/26-28/23) he ran in the mile with a time of 4:25.48, he also ran in the DMR, his team running a time of 10:03.22.
In his first meet of the season at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/13/23) he ran in the 1,000m with a time of 2:29.41.

AS A JUNIOR (2021-22)

INDOOR

Competed in two events at the Big 12 Championship (2/25-26/22); in the DMR finishing 4^th at 9:55.03 and in the 3,000m with a time of 8:35.18.
Ran his fastest mile at 4:08.77, finishing 5^th at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (2/4-5/22).
At the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/14/22) he finished 3^rd in the 1,000m with a time of 2:29.26.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2020-21)
OUTDOOR

Finished 2^nd in the 1500m during the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/7-8/21) with a time of 3:53.90.
Took 3^rd in two events at the John Jacobs Invitational (4/23-24/21); the 800m at 1:53.88 and in his 4x400 relay where his team finished at 3:24.97.
Ran his 800m personal best at the Jim Click Shootout (4/10/21) with a 6^th place time of 1:51.65.

INDOOR

Competed in the Big 12 Championships (1/26/21) where he placed 7^th in two events; the 1,000m with a time of 2:31.07 and in the DMR at 10:17.19.
Recorded his 1,000m personal best in a 1^st place finish at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/29-30/21) with a time of 2:27.05.
Won the mile with a time of 4:20.16 during the K-State Wildcat Invitational (1/9/21).

AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2019-20)

INDOOR

At the Big 12 Championships (2/28-29/20) he competed in his first DMR with a time of 10:07.09, finishing 6^th.
Competed in his first 4x400 relay at at the K-State Winter Invitational (12/14/19) finishing 4^th with a time of 3:33.13, also in the meet he competed in the 1,000m with a 3^rd place time of 2:35.34.

AS A FRESHMAN (2018-19)
OUTDOOR

Ran unattached in one meet during the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/3-4/19) taking 5^th in the 80mm with a time of 1:56.35.

INDOOR

Ran unattached in his first meet at the Steve Miller Open (2/16/19) finishing 6^th in the 800m with a time of 1:58.93.

Competed in the Big 12 Championships (10/28/22), his first meet in almost a month, where he finished 67^th in the 8k with a time of 27:04.8.
At the Chile Pepper Festival (9/30/22) he ran an 8k time of 25:48.5 finishing 151^st.
Ran in the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational (9/17/22) with an 8k time of 25:54.1, placing 67^th.
Started in the first meet at the Bob Timmons Invitational (9/3/22) with a 6k time of 19:41.0, finishing 23^rd.

AS A JUNIOR (2021)

Advanced to the Midwest Region Championship (11/12/21) for the first time in his career, finishing 61^stwith a personal-best 10k time of 31:47.9.
Helped the Wildcats to a 4th-place finish at the Big 12 Championship (10/29/21), finishing 29^th with an 8k time of 25:40.5.
Performed well at the Pre-National (10/15/21) meet with a personal-best 8k time of 25:14.0 to place 47^th out of 256 competitors.
Finished 87^th at the Gans Creek Classic (10/1/21) with an 8k time of 25:39.7.
In the first meet of the season at the Cowboy Jamboree (9/18/21) he finished 88^th with an 8k time of 26:05.4.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2020)

Helped the Wildcats capture their highest finish (4th) at the Big 12 Championships (10/30/20), finishing 44^th with an 8k time of 25:15.8.
Recorded an 8k time of 26:00.4 at the OSU Invitational (10/17/20), finishing 59^th.
At the Cowboy Jamboree (10/3/20) he ran an 8k time of 25:59.2 to finish 51^st.
Earned a top-25 finish at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/19/20) with a personal-best 6k time of 19:29.0 to place 21^st overall.

AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2019)

Finished 59^th in his first Big 12 Championship (11/2/19) with an 8k time of 25:55.5.
Placed 56^th with a 5-mile time of 26:11.7 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational (10/4/19).
Recorded a top-25 finish in his first meet as a Wildcat, placing 21^st at the J.K. Gold Classic (9/17/19) with a 6k time of 20:01.9.

AS A FRESHMAN (2018)

PRIOR TO K-STATE

Competed at White Bear Lake High School in White Bear Lake, Minn.
Lettered in cross country and track and field.
Advanced to 4 Minnesota Class AA State Cross Country Championships, finishing 47^th in the 5k race as a senior in 2017 with a time of 16:21.3.
A part of a school record in the 4x800m relay, running a 7:55.39 at the 2018 Minnesota Class AA State Championships to finish 4th.
Placed 13^th in the 800m, a time of 1:59.28 at the 2018 Minnesota Class AA State Championships.
