A three-year letterwinner for K-State men’s basketball from 1915-1917, F.I. Reynolds holds the distinction of being K-State’s first ever All-American in any sport. Playing for first-year head coach Zora G. Clevenger, Reynolds in his senior season in 1917 helped the Wildcats to a 15-2 mark and the Missouri Valley Conference championship, the first conference title in school history. Reynolds paced the Wildcats to a 28-5 record over his last two seasons, including winning the last 13 games of his collegiate career.
