MANHATTAN, Kan. (AP) - Jarrett Hart scored a career-high 19 points and FrankRichards had 15 to lead Kansas State past Texas Pan-American 102-68 onWednesday night.
The Wildcats (3-4) went on an 8-0 run early in the second half to take a69-39 lead with 13:26 remaining. Kansas State would later lead by as many as36.
Matt Siebrandt scored 13 points, Gilson DeJesus added 12 and Marques Haydenand Pervis Pasco each had 11 for Kansas State. The Wildcats had six players indouble figures for the first time this season.
Prince Thompson and Tomas Sitnikovs each scored 14 for the Broncs and KevinMitchell added 13. The Broncs (2-7) shot just 35 percent from the field, losingtheir fifth straight game on the road.
Kansas State shot 61 percent from the field - the team's highest mark since1997.
The Wildcats made their first eight shots and went on a 21-0 run to take a23-5 lead with 13:55 left in the first half. Kansas State didn't miss a fieldgoal during the first 6:30 of the game and went 14-of-16 from the field in thefirst ten minutes.
Texas-Pan American did make an 11-0 run in the first half that cut KansasState's lead to 37-26, but the Wildcats rallied to lead 50-32 at halftime.
