Massey guides Kansas State to 89-50 win over Texas A&M-Corpus Christi

MANHATTAN, Kan. (AP) -- Jeremiah Massey had 20 points and eight rebounds to lead Kansas State to an 89-50 win over Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on Saturday.
Massey, who was 8-of-11 from the floor, has scored 20 or more points in three straight games. Four other Wildcats scored in double figures.
Marques Hayden had 12 points and 11 rebounds for the Wildcats (6-1). Tim Ellis and Jarrett Hart each had 13 points and Cartier Martin had 12 for the Wildcats.
The Wildcats (6-1) shot 51 percent - 40 percent from 3-point range - in an easy win that made them 6-0 at home.
Texas A&M-Corpus Christi took an early 14-11 lead before the Wildcats took over.
Hart scored five straight points during a 15-0 run that gave
Travis Bailey led the Islanders with 14 points, and Corey Lamkin had 10 points and 12 rebounds.
