Maricopa County Attorney announces results of investigation

"We are thankful that Maricopa County Attorney Richard Romley and his staff thoroughly investigated and resolved this issue in an expedient manner," Kansas State Director of Athletics Tim Weiser said. "With this decision, Mr. Romley has confirmed our findings and we now consider the legal aspects of this matter to be officially concluded."
