McIntyre Powers Cats to 82-56 Win

Lehning finished the night with 15 points and 12 assists for her first double-double as a Wildcat, while McIntyre poured in 18 of her 22 points from three-point range on 6-of-9 aim. Claire Coggins added 12 points to round out the trio of Wildcats in double-figure scoring.
The Wildcats shot 48-percent from the floor for the game to 39-percent for Texas-Pan American, while K-State forced 25 Lady Bronc turnovers for the game.
The visiting Lady Broncs took an early 7-6 lead in the first half until K-State surged out in front 18-9, thanks to three three-pointers from McIntyre and another from Lehning. Kansas State built a 14-point first-half lead after a Marlies Gipson jumper with 2:27 left gave the Wildcats a 39-25 lead. The Lady Broncs pulled within 11 at 39-28 until a late free throw by Danielle Zanotti gave K-State a 40-28 lead at the break.
The Lady Broncs cut the lead to seven at 49-42 at the 14:11 mark in the second half but five straight points by the Wildcats upped the lead back to double digits at 54-42.
