The win also moved K-State to 8-18 in conference-tournament games, including a 4-4 record in Big 12 Tournament games. Hutt (7-4) recorded his third-straight win as he shut down the top offensive team in the Big 12 heading into the week. The senior allowed just one run in 6.2 innings, while spraying six hits three of which were infield singles - and striking out a season-high six batters.
