The Wildcats started the final round in a tie for third place with Fresno State, but carded a final-round score of 2-under par 282 to capture the title at the par 71 6,757 yard Brookside Country Club. The win was the second of the fall season and the sixth consecutive top-five finish of the 2008-09 season
HOST - BROOKSIDE COUNTRY CLUB: Brookside Country Club's 18-Hole Championship Golf Course was designed during the "Golden Age" of golf course architecture. The course maintains many of the traditional aspects of the early design; steeply plateau greens with challenging internal slopes, deep greenside bunkers, tight contoured fairways lined with strategically placed bunkers.
