The women's basketball season-opener against Indiana State will begin at 5 p.m., in Bramlage Coliseum following the conclusion of the K-State football game against Missouri in Bill Snyder Family Stadium. The Wildcats of Deb Patterson look to open the 2009-10 season by extending their 29-game home court winning streak against non-conference opponents. Fans may purchase a general admission ticket to the Indiana State game for $3 by showing their football ticket at any Coliseum ticket window.
Parking lots at the KSU Sports Complex will open for football at 6:30 a.m. Parking for the women's basketball game will be available at approximately 4 p.m., once football outbound traffic has cleared. Gates to Bramlage Coliseum will open at 4 p.m., one hour prior to tipoff of the women's basketball game.
To conclude Saturday's activities, the volleyball match against Iowa State will begin at 7 p.m., at Ahearn Field House. Fans may purchase a general admission ticket for $3 by showing their Missouri football ticket at the Ahearn Field House ticket window.
The Ultimate Wildcat Weekend begins on Friday, Nov. 13, when the men's basketball team hosts Loyola-Chicago to open its 2009-10 season. Action continues on Saturday when the Wildcat football team kicks off at 11:30 a.m., against Missouri on Senior Day for the 2009 home finale. Then, on Sunday, men's basketball is back on the court when it welcomes Western Illinois at 3 p.m., and the activities conclude on Monday when the women's basketball team hosts Arkansas State at 7 p.m.
