MANHATTAN, Kansas – (25/rv) Kansas State ends the month of January with a two-game home stand, as the Wildcats host (2/2) Baylor at 7 p.m., on Wednesday in Bramlage Coliseum.
• Wednesday night’s game will be broadcast on a number of outlets including COX Channel Kansas, Time Warner Sports Channel, ESPN3 and K-StateHD.TV, as Brian Smoller (play-by-play) and Missy Heidrick (analyst) call the action.
• The Wildcats (15-5, 5-3 Big 12) had its four-game win streak ended on Saturday, as K-State was upset by Iowa State in Ames, 75-69.
• For the second straight game, K-State dished out a season-high 22 assists on. The Wildcats shot 48.3 percent from the field, but Iowa State converted at a 51.0 percent clip and held the Wildcats to a season-low 23 rebounds.
• K-State featured a diverse attack against Iowa State, as five players reached double figures in scoring. Pacing the Wildcats were senior center Breanna Lewis and junior forward Kaylee Page with 14 points each. Page added three rebounds, two assists and a career-high three blocks.
• In league play, Lewis leads K-State with 15.9 points on a .571 field goal percentage. She ranks fifth in the league in scoring, fourth in field goal percentage and eighth in rebounding.
• Junior guard/forward Shaelyn Martin turned in a diverse stat line of 11 points, five rebounds and five assists against the Cyclones. This was the third time in her career that she finished with a line of at least 10 points, five rebounds and five assists.
• Senior guard Kindred Wesemann tallied her 18th game in double figures this season with 10 points, six assists and three steals. In league action, Wesemann is averaging 12.8 points and leads the league in 3-point field goals made at 2.9.

• Davis, a senior forward from Memphis, Tennessee, is averaging 12.1 points and 4.6 rebounds. In league play, Davis is second on the team in scoring (12.4 ppg). Against West Virginia, Davis tallied 15 points, nine rebounds, three assists and three steals.
Wildcats Secure 300th Win in Bramlage
• K-State is 308-117 (.725) all-time inside Bramlage Coliseum, which is in its 29th season of existence.
• In his career in games played in his home venue, Mittie is 312-75 (.806).
• Kansas State has protected its home floor with determination against non-conference foes with a record of 169-27 (.862) record. Head coach Jeff Mittie is 23-2 in non-conference games in Bramlage Coliseum.

Wildcats Solid From Beyond the Arc
• K-State is an efficient 33.8 percent 3-point range (117-of-346) which includes 5.9 made 3-point field goals per game. Kansas State has scored 25.4 percent (351 points) of its points from beyond the arc this season.
• Kansas State registered a season-high 11 connections from beyond the arc against LSU on Nov. 25, 2016. This was the second-most 3-point field goals made in the Jeff Mittie era and the most since Jan. 2, 2016 at TCU when the Wildcats made 11.
• K-State has made five or more 3-pointers in a game 16 times (12-4) this season. In the Jeff Mittie era, the Wildcats have made five or more 3-pointers in a game 62 times in 85 total games.
• In three seasons under Mittie, K-State has buried 511 three-pointers which is 6.0 per game.
• In 2015-16, the Wildcats made 200 or more 3-point field goals in a season (218) for the first time since the 2012-13 season, which was the 10th season in school history with 200 or more. K-State has made 175 or more 3-point field goals in 16 of the last 17 seasons.

Martin is K-State’s Swiss Army Knife
• Junior guard/forward Shaelyn Martin has put together a diverse stat line in her career and has continued to do so at the start of the 2016-17 season.
• Martin has tallied 5.3 points, handed out 72 assists with 35 turnovers (3.6 apg; 2.1 assist/turnover ratio) and pulled in 95 rebounds (4.8 rpg).
• Martin ranks seventh in the Big 12 in assists per game and sixth in assist to turnover ratio.
• At Iowa State on Jan. 21, Martin notched a stat line of 11 points, five rebounds and five assists. This was the third time in her career with at least 10 points, five rebounds and five assists.
• With her five assists against the Cyclones, it marked the 21st time in her career and sixth time this season she has handed out five or more assists. Martin ranks 18th in school history with 274 assists and is sixth in school history for career assist to turnover ratio at 1.42.
• With her five rebounds at Iowa State, Martin tallied her 54th career game with five or more rebounds. Her career total stands at 483 and she needs 21 rebounds to move into 30th on the K-State career rebounds list and become the 10th player in program history with 500 or more rebounds and 250 or more assists.
• In the 2015-16 season, Martin put up a multi-faceted stat line. The product of Salina, Kansas, averaged 4.5 points, 6.8 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.4 steals. She led the team in assists and was second in rebounds and steals.
• Martin appeared among the Big 12 league leaders in assists (9th) and rebounds (9th). She was the only player in the Big 12 with 200 or more rebounds, 100 or more assists and 40 or more steals in 2015-16.
• Martin recorded new career season-highs for rebounds (218) and assists (112) in 2015-16. This was her second straight season with 150 or more rebounds and 90 or more assists.
New Season, New Goth
• Sophomore Kayla Goth is fifth on the team in scoring (6.8 ppg) and second in field goal percentage (.500; 51-of-102). She has registered the first six double figure scoring efforts of her career this season.
• Goth has set her career season-highs in points (129), field goals made (51), 3-point field goals made (11) and free throws made (16).
• At Iowa State on Jan. 21, Goth notched 10 points, three assists and a career-high four steals. This was her first career double figure scoring game in Big 12 play.
• Goth made her second career start in the 2016-17 season opener against Chicago State and registered a career-high 23 points on 9-of-11 shooting including 3-of-4 from beyond the arc. She also notched a career-best eight rebounds and three steals.
• The product of DeForest, Wisconsin tallied 41 percent of her 2015-16 point total of 56 points in the first game of the new season. It was her first career game in double figures.
• Her three connections from beyond the arc in the season-opener were more than her total of made 3-pointers in the 2015-16 season in which she was 2-of-14.
• In her six starts this season, Goth is averaging 11.5 points on a .563 field goal percentage including a .294 3-point field goal percentage. She is also averaging 3.2 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.2 steals in 26.5 minutes.
• In her debut season in 2015-16, Goth averaged 1.9 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 13.6 minutes per game.

• Kaylee Page has been one of K-State’s top marksmen this season.
• Page is averaging 1.5 made 3-point field goals per game and has made two or more in a game 11 times in 2016-17. When Page makes two or more 3-pointers in a game this season, K-State is 10-1. When she makes fewer than two, the Wildcats are 5-4. Her 3-point field goal percentage stands at .345 (29-of-84).
• In her K-State career, Page is averaging 1.3 made 3-point field goals per game including 22 games with two or more connections from deep.
Sheble Approaching Block Benchmark
• Senior forward Jessica Sheble has been a solid contributor off the bench for K-State on the defensive end of the floor.
• The product of Olathe, Kansas, has rejected 69 shots in her career and needs one block to tie for 10th in program history for career blocks. She has 18 career games with two or more blocks, including a career-high of three which she has done twice this season and four times in her career.
• For the season, Sheble averaging 0.8 blocks per game for the season which is second on the team. In league play, she is averaging 0.9 blocks per game.
• She set a career season-high in blocks with 20 and steals with 14 during the 2015-16 season.
