
K-State to Offer $1 Tickets, Concessions for Saturday’s Game

MANHATTAN, Kansas – All tickets and select concession items are only $1 when the (25/rv) K-State women’s basketball team hosts Iowa State at 1 p.m., this Saturday, February 11, for the annual “Pack the House” game.
All tickets for the Big 12 matchup with the Cyclones are available for just $1, which includes all available seating in the chairbacks, reserved bench and general admission seating areas of Bramlage Coliseum. Designated concession items will be sold for just $1, including: pretzels, popcorn and candy, which will be available at all of the main concession stands on the Bramlage concourse.
At halftime of the game, fans will be entertained by America’s Favorite Dunk Team, ACRODUNK. They have performed on America’s Got Talent, Ripley’s Believe It Or Not and at several college and professional basketball arenas across the nation. For more information on ACRODUNK, visit acrodunk.com.
Kansas State has been led in the 2016-17 season by the senior duo of Breanna Lewis and Kindred Wesemann. Lewis leads the team in points (14.3 ppg), field goal percentage (.572), rebounds (8.3 rpg) and blocks (1.8 bpg). The product of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is the K-State career record holder for blocked shots and is the only active NCAA Division I player with 1,400 or more career points and 250 or more career blocks.
Wesemann is second on the team in points (13.9 ppg) and paces the team in three-point field goals made and attempted (65-of-187, .366), free throw percentage (.882) and steals (1.7 spg). Earlier this season, she became the 40th player in program history to reach the 1,000 career point mark and ranks 26th with 1,155 points.
Following Saturday’s game, K-State will have two home games remaining in its regular season schedule, Feb. 21 vs. Oklahoma and Feb. 27 vs. Texas.
