K-State Announces 2018-19 WBB Season Promotions, Single Game Tickets on Sale

MANHATTAN, Kansas – Kansas State Athletics announced on Thursday a number of single game ticket promotions for the upcoming season of women's basketball. All individual game tickets will be available through the K-State Athletics Ticket Office (800-221-CATS, www.kstatesports.com/tickets) beginning at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, October 24.
K-State is offering four "Wildcat Weekend" games this season: Friday, November 16 against North Texas, Sunday, November 18 against UMKC, Saturday, December 29, against Northern Iowa and Saturday, March 2 against Texas Tech. By showing a game ticket to the upcoming football or men's basketball game, fans can purchase a general admission ticket for $3.
For the first time, Kansas State will host a Teddy Bear Toss in conjunction with Fort Riley's Operation Santa toy drive at the Thursday, December 20 game against Central Arkansas. Fans are encouraged to bring a new stuffed animal to Bramlage Coliseum for this event. Fans can also purchase a general admission ticket for $3 with the donation of a teddy bear.
K-State is also offering a $20 Get-a-Bear/Give-a-Bear ticket package for the December 20 game. The package includes a general admission ticket and the opportunity to make two stuffed bears, one to keep and one to donate in the Teddy Bear Toss.
For the third-straight season, K-State is offering discounted general admission tickets when purchased in advance. Advance GA tickets are only $5, a savings of $3. Prices for single game tickets this season are: $5 general admission for youth, military and senior citizens; $8 general admission adult; $9 reserved cat cushion; and $12 chairback.
K-State returns eight letter winners from the 2017-18 team that reached the Round of 16 of the 2018 WNIT. Overall, K-State returns 78 percent of its scoring, 61 percent of its rebounding and 66 percent of its assists.
