K-State Sets WBB Promotion Schedule; Single Game Tickets on Sale

MANHATTAN, Kansas – Kansas State Athletics announced on Friday a number of single game ticket promotions for the upcoming season of women's basketball. All individual game tickets will be available through the K-State Athletics Ticket Office (800-221-CATS, www.kstatesports.com/tickets) beginning at 8:30 a.m., Wednesday, October 9.
For the fourth-straight season, K-State is offering discounted general admission tickets when purchased in advance. Advance general admission tickets are only $5, a savings of $3. Prices for single game tickets this season are: $5 general admission for youth, military and senior citizens; $8 general admission adult; $9 reserved cat cushion; and $12 chairback.
A fan's best value continues to be the new Women's Basketball Powercat Pass – a season-ticket option available for just $50 or only $40 for K-State faculty and staff, military, seniors and youth. The Powercat Pass includes 17 general admission vouchers that can be redeemed for any game in any combination, giving fans the flexibility of choosing which games they want to see. Fans can attend all 17 home events or go with 16 friends to one game.
Bundle Powercat Passes together and save big with either a 4-Pack (68 total vouchers; less than $2 per game) or the Ultimate Powercat Pass (75 vouchers for any volleyball, soccer, women's basketball or baseball regular season game; less than $2.70 per game).

Season-Long Ticket Promotions:
• Youth Team and Camper Games: Youth teams and K-State women's basketball camp attendees can attend select games for free this season with prior registration. For more information or to register your teams, contact Luke Jackson at (785) 532-6945 or lajackson@kstatesports.com no later than three days prior to the game. Team/Camper Games include Dec. 28 vs. UTRGV, Jan. 5 vs. West Virginia, Jan. 25 vs. Oklahoma, Feb. 19 vs. TCU, and Feb. 26 vs. Iowa State.
• $5 General Admission Tickets: Tickets are available for just $5 in general admission seating sections when purchased in advance of game day. Advance GA tickets save $3 off regularly priced tickets.
• Wednesday Wildcat 4-Packs: Each Wednesday home game get four general admission tickets and four $10 concession vouchers for just $38! That's right – a savings of $34! Wildcat 4-Packs are available for these games: Jan. 15 vs. Oklahoma State, Feb. 5 vs. Texas Tech, Feb. 19 vs. TCU, and Feb. 26 vs. Iowa State.
Special Events and Packages:
• Teddy Bear Toss – Nov. 24 vs. UT Arlington: Fans are encouraged to bring teddy bears or other stuffed toys to the game, and – when instructed – throw them onto the court during a halftime presentation. The toys are donated to Fort Riley's Operation Santa. Purchase an exclusive "Get-a-Bear / Give-a-Bear" Ticket Package that includes one general admission ticket and the opportunity to make two stuffed bears pregame (one to keep and one to donate during the teddy bear toss.
• Fort Riley's Operation Santa – Dec. 3 vs. Incarnate Word: K-State will accept toy donations for Fort Riley's Operation Santa Claus. Fans are encouraged to bring new, unwrapped toys or gift cards. In exchange for the toy donation, fans will be able purchase a single-game ticket for just $3. Fort Riley's Operation Santa Claus helps service members and their families provide gifts to their children during the holiday season. All donations will go towards a Fort Riley Soldier, especially to families under financial constraints and families of deployed, fallen, or injured Soldiers.
• Dollar Day – Jan. 25 vs. Oklahoma: One of the nation's best home-court advantages gets even better with the annual Pack the House tradition. All general admission tickets and select concessions are just $1 each! Wear purple and help fill up Bramlage!
• Junior Wildcats Club Day – Jan. 25 vs. Oklahoma: K-State welcomes members of the Junior Wildcats Club to experience Wildcat Women's Basketball up close. The exclusive pregame event will include concession discounts and the opportunity to participate in a high-five line and get autographs from Willie Wildcat.
• National Girls and Women in Sports Day – Feb. 8 vs. Baylor: K-State will host its third-annual pregame clinic for girls in the first through eighth grades. The clinic is in celebration of the National Girls and Women in Sports Day. The pregame clinic will be hosted by K-State female student-athletes and feature stations highlighting many different sports. All participants in the clinic will receive a free gift and free admission to the game.
• Play 4 Kay Pink Game – Feb. 19 vs. TCU: The Wildcats continue the fight against cancer with the annual WBCA Kay Yow cancer awareness game. K-State will celebrate cancer survivors during the game and fans will have the opportunity to learn about local cancer fighting efforts.
• Sunflower Showdown T-Shirt Package – March 8 vs. KU: Show your Wildcat Pride by purchasing a t-shirt package for the in-state rivalry game. Each package includes a general admission ticket and an exclusive K-State Women's Basketball t-shirt for just $10.
