PRO CATS
Evan Marshall, Chicago White Sox
Marshall has split time in 2019 with the Chicago White Sox and Triple-A Charlotte and is currently with the White Sox after being called up on May 1. In 30 relief outings with Chicago, Marshall has a 3-1 record with a 2.63 ERA (8 ER, 27.1 IP). He has racked up 20 strikeouts against eight walks. Marshall tossed has not allowed an earned run in three straight outings, including 1 1/3 scoreless innings to go with two strikeouts against the Twins on July 27 in his last appearance. He allowed the first earned runs of the season at Texas on June 22, snapping a scoreless streak of 17 1/3 innings to begin the season. While with the Charlotte Knights, Marshall went 3-0 with a 0.00 ERA (0 ER, 10.0 IP) to go with two saves and 13 strikeouts in nine outings. Marshall was a fourth-round pick of the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2011.
Nick Martini, Las Vegas Aviators (Triple-A, Oakland Athletics)
Martini, in his second year in the Oakland Athletics organization, is currently in Triple-A Las Vegas after beginning the season on the 10-day injured list. In 59 games with the Aviators, Martini has a slash line of .332/.432/.461 with 15 doubles, five home runs and 36 runs batted in. The former Wildcat is currently saw a nine-game hitting streak come to an end in his last game on July 28 at El Paso. Martini hit his fifth homer of the year on July 26 against the Chihuahuas and drove in a pair. Martini, who has appeared in one game for Oakland in 2019, made his Major League debut with the A's on June 6, 2018 against the Texas Rangers and appeared in 55 games with Oakland and earned a spot on its playoff roster in 2018. He hit .296 with a home run, nine doubles and 19 RBI with the Athletics last season and remains on the team's 40-man roster. The former All-American outfielder was a seventh-round selection of the St. Louis Cardinals in 2011.
Nate Griep, Biloxi Shuckers (Double-A, Milwaukee Brewers)
Griep, who is in his fifth season in the Milwaukee Brewers' system, is in his second season with Double-A Biloxi. While with Biloxi this season, Griep has picked up 17 saves in 19 opportunities to go with a 1.74 ERA (8 ER, 41.1 IP) and 41 strikeouts. He has not surrendered an earned run in each of his last three appearances, totaling 4 2/3 innings with just one hit allowed. On July 6, he was called up to Triple-A San Antonio before being reassigned to Biloxi on July 11. Griep made his Triple-A debut on July 7 at New Orleans, throwing 1 2/3 scoreless innings with just one hit allowed and two strikeouts. He is 5-1 in 32 games with Biloxi this season and is the all-time saves leader in Shuckers history with 51. Griep was named a Southern League All-Star for the second straight season in 2019. In just over four seasons, Griep has totaled 105 saves in 119 opportunities to go with 218 strikeouts. Griep was an eighth-round selection by the Milwaukee Brewers in the 2015 MLB Draft.
Drew Mount, Daytona Tortugas (Class-A Advanced, Cincinnati Reds)
Mount is in his second season in the Reds' organization and was assigned to Class-A (advanced) Daytona after spending the 2018 season with the Billings Mustangs (rookie). In 56 games this season, Mount owns a slash line of .247/.280/.330 with a homer, nine doubles, three triples and 24 runs batted in with 15 stolen bases. He is currently on a four-game hitting streak that includes six base hits and five runs scored. He has hit safely in eight of his last 10 games, including a 2-for-5 effort against the Florida Fire Frogs in his last game. Mount was the only Wildcat taken in the 2018 MLB Draft, a 16th-round selection by Cincinnati. Mount was K-State's leader in home runs, RBI, triples and steals in his one season at K-State.
Josh Rolette, Lake County Captains (Class-A Full Season, Cleveland Indians)
Rolette has a slash line of .176/.283/.239 with seven doubles, a triple and 16 RBI in 43 games with Lake County this season. Rolette, who was taken in the 39th round of the 2017 MLB Draft by Cleveland, appeared in 56 games for the Captains in 2018. He posted a slash line of .253/.360/.388 with four home runs, 21 runs batted in and 11 doubles last season with Lake County.
Will Brennan, AZL Indians Blue (Rookie, Cleveland Indians)
Brennan was the only Wildcat taken in the 2019 MLB Draft, as he was taken in the eighth round (No. 250 overall) by the Cleveland Indians. Brennan was assigned to the AZL Indians Blue (Rookie) on June 17. In 29 games, he has a slash line of .316/.389/.456 with seven doubles, three triples, a home run and 22 RBI and has registered 10 base hits over his last 10 games. Brennan's 12-game hitting streak came to an end on July 19 and had an 18-game on-base streak end July 28. During his 12-game hitting streak, Brennan produced a stretch of five consecutive multi-hit games, including four three-hit efforts. Brennan tallied his first professional home run on July 16 against the AZL Padres, going 3-for-5 with three RBI. Brennan recorded his first professional hit on June 20, a triple against the AZL Reds. In three seasons at K-State, Brennan produced 208 base hits with a .332 career average and was the nation's toughest hitting to strike out in 2019.

Luke Bay, Juno Beach Loggerheads (Collegiate League of the Palm Beaches)
Bay has made seven appearances (six starts) for the Juno Beach (Florida) Loggerheads of the Collegiate League of the Palm Beaches. Bay has a record of 2-1 with a 6.48 ERA (18 ER, 25.0 IP) with a team-high 37 strikeouts. In his last outing, Bay struck out six batters over 4 2/3 innings with four earned runs allowed on six hits. He has struck out 28 hitters in his last four starts (two wins) over 18 2/3 innings. The Loggerheads are currently 11-9 and in second place in the Collegiate League of the Palm Beaches standings.
Kasey Ford, Rockford Rivets (Northwoods League)

In his last start, Ford threw six innings without an earned run allowed while striking out four in a 6-3 win over Kalamazoo on June 27. Playing for the Midwest (Springfield, Missouri) Nationals, Hauswirth is 3-0 with a 1.87 ERA in five starts. Hauswirth earned his third win of the season in his last start against the Springfield Cobras on July 12. He tossed four innings against the Cobras, striking out six with five hits and three earned allowed. Hauswirth went six full innings a start against Central Missouri with 11 strikeouts. Hauswirth leads the Nationals with three wins and is second with 31 strikeouts while allowing just 12 hits over 24 innings pitched. The Nationals are currently 12-18 and in third place in the Show-Me League standings.
Caleb Littlejim, Waterloo Bucks (Northwoods League)
In 15 games for the Waterloo (Iowa) Bucks, Littlejim has a slash line of .244/.346/.444 with a double, triple and two home runs. Littlejim has driven in 12 and scored 11 runs. He homered in back-to-back games on June 3-4 against Mankato. He has hit safely in his last two games, driving in a run on July 7 against La Crosse. Chris Herb, Hornell Dodgers (New York Collegiate Baseball League)
Herb is hitting .316 with an on-base percentage of .435, four doubles and nine RBI in 23 games for the Hornell (New York) Dodgers. Herb has stolen 13 bases and scored 19 runs this season and saw his 10-game hitting streak come to an end on July 1. Herb was 14-for-38 (.368) during his 10-game hitting streak with four RBI and three multi-hit games. Hornell finished the regular season 16-24-2 and in fifth place in the Western Division of the NYCBL standings.
Zach Kokoska, Orleans Firebirds (Cape Cod Baseball League)
Playing for the Orleans (Massachusetts) Firebirds, Kokoska is hitting .219 in 31 games with an on-base percentage of .269 and a slugging percentage of .260. He has driven in five with a double and a home run. Kokoska has hits in three of his last 10 games with an RBI. Kokoska went 3-for-5 with three runs on July 13 against Yarmouth-Dennis. Orleans is 19-16-4 and in third in the East Division of the Cape Cod standings.
Jordan Maxson, St. Joseph Mustangs (MINK League)
Playing for the St. Joseph (Missouri) Mustangs, Maxson posted a slash line of .335/.446/.590 in 42 games and leading the Mustangs to the 2019 MINK League title. Maxson registered eight doubles, three triples and nine homers while driving in 45 runs. Maxson's 45 RBI were second highest in the MINK league. He went 2-for-3 in the championship-clinching game against the Ozark Generals on July 26. Maxson turned in five multi-hit games over his final 10 games, including three straight multi-hit efforts from July 14-18. Maxson was named a MINK League All-Star for St. Joseph., who ended the regular season 29-8 and in first in the MINK North Division.
Jaxon Passino, Mankato MoonDogs (Northwoods League)
Passino has appeared in 14 games (one start) for the Mankato (Minnesota) MoonDogs of the Northwoods League. In 23 innings, Passino has struck out 20 with an ERA of 7.82. Passino earned his first start on July 26 after he allowed one earned run over his previous 9 1/3 innings. In the start against Rochester, Passino struck out five over 3 1/3 innings. The MoonDogs finished the first half of the season with a record of 15-21 (fifth) in the Great Plains West division and are 12-10 (second) in the second half.
Terrence Spurlin, St. Joseph Mustangs (MINK League)
Playing for the St. Joseph (Missouri) Mustangs, Spurlin posted a slash line of .280/.387/.392 in 32 games and leading the Mustangs to the 2019 MINK League title. Spurlin went 3-for-6 with two RBI and two runs scored in the championship-clinching victory over the Ozark Generals on July 26. Boggess was named a 2019 FCBL All-Star and has a slash line of .273/.394/.373 in 31 games for the Pittsfield (Massachusetts) Suns. Boggess has produced two doubles, three home runs, 17 RBI and 18 runs scored. He recorded a base hit in seven straight games from July 14-24, with a home run and three RBI in that stretch. Boggess has nine base hits over his last 10 games. Pittsfield is 25-23 and in fifth place in the FCBL standings.
Blake Burrows, Rockford Rivets (Northwoods League)
Playing for the Rockford (Illinois) Rivets, Burrows owns a slash line of .257/.400/.297 in 37 games. Burrows has turned in two doubles, a triple, 13 runs scored, 20 walks and 21 stolen bases. Dale has turned in three multi-hit games in his last six games, going 2-for-4 with a double and run scored in his last game against the Bristol Blues. Westfield is currently 14-33 and in seventh in the FCBL standings.
Dominic Hughes, Pittsfield Suns (Futures Collegiate Baseball League of New England)
Playing the Pittsfield (Massachusetts) Suns of the FCBL, Hughes has a slash line of .179/.379/.264 in 33 games. Hughes has four doubles, a triple and a home run with four RBI and 30 walks drawn. Named a 2019 CCBL All-Star, McCullough has made two relief appearances and four starts for the Harwich (Massachusetts) Mariners. McCullough has an earned run average of 1.05 with just three earned runs allowed over 25 2/3 innings. He has given up 16 hits while totaling 29 strikeouts. I his last start, McCullough picked up his second victory of the year after throwing five shutout innings at Cotuit. He struck out three and yielded just four base hits. McCullough tossed eight shutout innings with nine strikeouts and three hits allowed in a 2-0 win over Chatham on July 9, earning Cape Cod League Pitcher of the Week honors. In his last start on July 16, he struck out six over 4 1/3 innings with two earned allowed on five hits. Harwich is 19-20-1 and in fourth place in the East Division of the Cape Cod standings.

Zach Kokoska, Orleans Firebirds (Cape Cod Baseball League)
Playing for the Orleans (Massachusetts) Firebirds, Kokoska is hitting .219 in 31 games with an on-base percentage of .269 and a slugging percentage of .260. He has driven in five with a double and a home run. Kokoska has hits in three of his last 10 games with an RBI. Kokoska went 3-for-5 with three runs on July 13 against Yarmouth-Dennis. Jordan Maxson, St. Joseph Mustangs (MINK League)

Jaxon Passino, Mankato MoonDogs (Northwoods League)
Passino has appeared in 14 games (one start) for the Mankato (Minnesota) MoonDogs of the Northwoods League. In 23 innings, Passino has struck out 20 with an ERA of 7.82. Passino earned his first start on July 26 after he allowed one earned run over his previous 9 1/3 innings. In the start against Rochester, Passino struck out five over 3 1/3 innings. The MoonDogs finished the first half of the season with a record of 15-21 (fifth) in the Great Plains West division and are 12-10 (second) in the second half.
Terrence Spurlin, St. Joseph Mustangs (MINK League)

Boggess has produced two doubles, three home runs, 17 RBI and 18 runs scored. He recorded a base hit in seven straight games from July 14-24, with a home run and three RBI in that stretch. Boggess has nine base hits over his last 10 games. Pittsfield is 25-23 and in fifth place in the FCBL standings.
Blake Burrows, Rockford Rivets (Northwoods League)
