Played for the Juno Beach (Florida) Loggerheads in the Collegiate Leagues of the Palm Beaches ... Made eight appearances (seven starts) for the Loggerheads and posted a record of 2-1 with a 6.38 ERA (22 ER, 31.0 IP) ... Second on the team with 41 strikeouts ... Struck out 32 hitters in his last five starts (two wins) over 24 2/3 innings ... The Loggerheads finished the regular season 13-10 and earned an appearance in the championship game in the College League of the Palm Beaches playoffs.

Made five relief appearances in his first season at K-State ... In 6 1/3 innings of relief, had no record with a 4.26 ERA (3 ER) and seven strikeouts and three walks ... In his season debut, went a season-long 2 1/3 innings with a season-best four strikeouts against Fresno State at the Tony Gwynn Legacy in San Diego, California ...
