MANHATTAN, Kansas – K-State Athletics has announced that it has partnered with Affinity Licensing for exclusive licensing agency representation effective July 1, 2020.
"We are excited to team up with Affinity as we continue to build our brand and provide more K-State licensed products across the country," Athletics Director Gene Taylor said. "Internally, we took a big step last year with new retail options for our fans, and our partnership with Affinity will only aid those opportunities as we build on what is already a strong Wildcat brand."
As part of the agreement, Affinity will manage the university's brand licensing relationship with more than 400 licensees, crafters, high schools, and retail partners. The university will have access to innovative technology and processes that allow for better brand protection, as well as leverage Affinity's retail and merchandising expertise to expand product categories, launch new products and grow retail distribution.
