Sweat, Wildcats Roll Over Sugar Bears

MANHATTAN, Kan. (AP) - Ashley Sweat scored 15 points and No. 22 Kansas State upended Central Arkansas 81-38 Saturday.
Marlies Gipson added 14 points for the Wildcats (13-0).
Destinee Rogers led the Sugar Bears (4-9) with 16 points and Laura Beth Anderson added 10 points.
Kansas State controlled the tempo from the start, opening on a 19-0 run and keeping Central Arkansas off the scoreboard until a 3-pointer from Jayme Adair with 15:02 remaining. Anderson made a layup to cut the deficit to 14, but a bucket by Kansas State's Shalee Lehning started an 11-0 run.
