Lee, Sundell Named to Preseason WNIT All-Tournament Team

MANHATTAN, Kansas – After closing out the K-State pod of the 2021 Preseason WNIT with an unblemished record, Kansas State's Ayoka Lee and Serena Sundell were selected to the All-Tournament Team. Lee was named Tournament MVP for her efforts in the three games.

Lee ended the weekend by averaging a tournament-best 24.7 points on a .762 field goal percentage while hauling in 11.7 rebounds, blocking 3.3 shots and pocketing 2.3 steals.

Sundell tallied 7.3 points, including a career-high 15 points against North Carolina A&T. The freshman guard from Maryville, Missouri, also dished out 5.0 assists, pulled in 2.7 rebounds and blocked 1.0 shots.
