K-State Adds Match at Baylor, Adjusts Wayne State Series

MANHATTAN, Kan. – K-State has adjusted its spring volleyball schedule, as the Wildcats have added a match at No. 6 Baylor on Wednesday, March 31 and will play Wayne State on Sunday, March 28, head coach Suzie Fritz announced Monday.
K-State and Wayne State were originally slated to play two matches at Bramlage Coliseum on March 27 and 28, but will now play just once, on March 28 at 1 p.m.
The Wildcats and Bears will meet in a non-conference match at Ferrell Center, with a start time of 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 31. The match will be the regular-season finale for K-State.
Coming off a home victory over No. 24 Creighton, K-State (12-7, 10-6 Big 12) seeks to boost its postseason resume. The NCAA Tournament field of 48 will be announced Sunday, April 4. BU claimed both matches against the Cats during the fall in Waco.
Sunday's match will be broadcast on Big 12 Now on ESPN+ with radio coverage available on News Radio KMAN (93.3 FM, 1350 AM) and free streaming audio at K-StateSports.com/watch. Streaming coverage of the Baylor contest is still to be determined.
