K-State Announces WBB Promotions, Single Game Tickets on Sale Monday

MANHATTAN, Kansas – Kansas State Athletics announced on Thursday a number of single game ticket promotions for the upcoming season of women's basketball. All individual game tickets will be available for purchase through the K-State Athletics Ticket Office by calling 1.800.221.CATS or visiting www.kstatesports.com/tickets beginning at 8:30 a.m., Monday, October 17.
For the seventh-straight season, K-State is offering discounted general admission tickets when purchased in advance. Advanced GA tickets are only $5, a savings of $3. Prices for single game tickets this season are unchanged from last season: $5 general admission for youth, military and senior citizens; $8 general admission adult; $9 reserved cat cushion; and $12 chairback.
A fan's best value continues to be general admission season tickets. Season-ticket options are available for just $50 or only $30 for football or men's basketball season ticket holders.

● Youth Team Games: Youth teams and K-State women's basketball camp attendees can attend select games for FREE this season with prior registration. ● Junior Wildcats Club Day – December 4 vs. Houston: K-State welcomes members of the Junior Wildcats Club to experience Wildcat Women's Basketball up close. The exclusive pregame event will include concession discounts and autographs from Willie Wildcat.
● Teddy Bear Toss for Fort Riley's Operation Santa – Dec. 7 vs Kansas City: K-State will be accepting toy donations for Fort Riley's Operation Santa Claus. Fans are encouraged to bring teddy bears as well as new, unwrapped toys or gift cards. In exchange for the toy donation, fans can purchase a single-game ticket for just $3. When instructed at halftime, fans can toss their teddy bears or other stuffed toys onto the court. Fort Riley's Operation Santa Claus helps service members and their families provide gifts to their children during the holiday season. All donations will go towards a Fort Riley Soldier, especially to families under financial constraints and families of deployed, fallen, or injured Soldiers.
● Dollar Day – January 7 vs West Virginia: One of the nation's best home-court advantages gets even better with the annual Pack the House tradition. All general admission tickets and select concessions are just $1 each. Wear purple and help fill up Bramlage!
● Play 4 Kay Pink Game – February 15 vs. Baylor: The Wildcats continue the fight against cancer with the annual WBCA Kay Yow cancer awareness game. K-State will celebrate cancer survivors during the game, and fans will have the opportunity to learn about local cancer fighting efforts. The first 1,200 fans will receive a custom K-State Women's Basketball pink trucker hat courtesy of Ascension Via Christi.
● Sunflower Showdown T-Shirt Package – February 22 vs. KU: Show your Wildcat Pride by purchasing a t-shirt package for the in-state rivalry game. Each package includes a general admission ticket and an exclusive t-shirt.
● National Girls and Women in Sports Day –March 4 vs. Texas: K-State will host its fifth-annual pre-game clinic for girls in first through eighth grades. The clinic is in celebration of National Girls and Women in Sports Day and the 50th Anniversary of Title IX. The pre-game clinic will be hosted by K-State female student-athletes and feature stations highlighting many different sports. All participants in the clinic will receive a free gift and free admission to the game. Registration is required.
