
Graduation Weekend Arrives in Manhattan

MANHATTAN, Kansas – Kansas State University will hold its fall commencement exercises on Saturday and among those receiving degrees will be 16 Wildcat student-athletes.
Highlighting the 16 graduates on the weekend are: nine from football, two from soccer and women's track and field and one each from baseball, men's track and field and men's basketball.
K-State, a Tier 1 Carnegie Foundation Institution, has had a strong start to the 2022-23 academic year.
To date K-State student-athletes have been recognized with the following honors: 16 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District VII in the sports of football, soccer and volleyball. Additional fall sport academic honors will be announced this month by the Big 12 Conference.
K-State ranks among the league's best in terms of academic success as it continues to set a national standard in terms of APR, as all programs are currently well above the required NCAA standard.
