K-State Announces WBB Single-Game Ticket Info, Game Promotions

MANHATTAN, Kansas – Kansas State Athletics announced on Friday a number of single-game ticket promotions for the upcoming women's basketball season. Individual game tickets will be available for purchase through the K-State Athletics Ticket Office by calling 1.800.221.CATS or visiting www.kstatesports.com/tickets beginning at 8:30 a.m., Monday, October 16, for Ahearn Fund members during a two-day exclusive donor presale.

All remaining single-game tickets will be available to the public at 8:30 a.m., on Wednesday, October 18.
  
For the eighth-straight season, K-State is offering discounted general admission tickets when purchased in advance starting at $8 for standard home games and $10 for select premium games. When purchased at the ticket window on game days, single-game ticket prices are $8 general admission for youth, military and senior citizens; $10 general admission adult; $12 Cat Cushion seats; and $15 for chairback seats. Premium single-game ticket prices start at $10 general admission for youth, military, and senior citizens; $12 general admission adult; $15 cat cushion seats, and $20 for chairback seats. 

K-State utilizes dynamic pricing, and prices can increase or decrease throughout the season due to demand.
 
A fan's best value continues to be general admission season tickets. Season-ticket options are available for just $75 or only $50 for football or men's basketball season ticket holders.

Season-Long Ticket Promotions:
● Group Tickets: Groups of 12 or more can purchase discounted tickets in advance! A great option for birthday parties, business outings, club activities, or just for fun, group tickets start at just $5. Interested fans can contact Kimberly Pogue at 785.532.6374 or kpogue@kstatesports.com.

● Youth Team Games: Youth teams and K-State women's basketball camp attendees can attend a select game for FREE this season with prior registration. Complete the online form no later than one week prior to the game fans wish to attend at kstatesports.com/promotions. Team/Camper games this year are:
●    Wednesday, December 6 vs. McNeese State
●    Saturday, January 13 vs. Texas
●    Saturday, January 27 vs. BYU
●    Wednesday, February 21 vs. West Virginia
 
● Wednesday Wildcat 4-Packs: Each Wednesday home game, fans can purchase four general admission tickets and four $10 concession vouchers for just $50! Wildcat 4-Packs are available for these games: December 6 vs. McNeese State, December 20 vs. Southern, January 3 vs. Houston, January 10 vs. Oklahoma, February 21 vs. West Virginia, and February 28 vs. Iowa State.

Special Events and Packages:
● Nachos with Nick – November 19 vs Wisconsin. Fans can join Women's Basketball Chief of Staff, Mike Nicholson, for Nachos with Nick - a pregame gathering and scouting report in the Shamrock Zone. All other Nachos with Nick events will only be available to season-ticket holders.

● $2 Dollar Day – November 19 vs Wisconsin: One of the nation's best home-court advantages gets even better with the annual Pack the House tradition. All advance-purchase general admission tickets and select concessions are just $2 each. Wear purple and help fill up Bramlage!

● Teddy Bear Toss for Fort Riley's Operation Santa – Dec. 1 vs Jackson State: K-State will be accepting toy donations for Fort Riley's Operation Santa Claus. Fans are encouraged to bring teddy bears as well as new, unwrapped toys or gift cards. When instructed at halftime, fans can toss their teddy bears or other stuffed toys onto the court. Fort Riley's Operation Santa Claus helps service members and their families provide gifts to their children during the holiday season. All donations will go towards a Fort Riley Soldier, especially to families under financial constraints and families of deployed, fallen, or injured Soldiers.

● Junior Wildcats Club Day – January 13 vs. Texas: K-State welcomes members of the Junior Wildcats Club to experience Wildcat Women's Basketball up close. It's 'Willie' Wonka night with themed giveaways and experiences for Junior Wildcats Club members during a pre-game event.

● Sunflower Showdown T-Shirt Package – January 20 vs. KU: Show your Wildcat Pride by purchasing a t-shirt package for the in-state rivalry game. Each package includes a general admission ticket and an exclusive t-shirt. Pricing and additional information will be announced at a later date.

● National Girls and Women in Sports Day – February 10  vs. Oklahoma State: K-State will host its sixth-annual pre-game clinic for girls in first through eighth grades. The pre-game clinic will be hosted by K-State female student-athletes and feature stations highlighting many different sports. All participants in the clinic will receive a free gift and free admission to the game. Registration is required.

● Play 4 Kay Pink Game and Barbie Night – February 17 vs. UCF: The Wildcats continue the fight against cancer with the annual WBCA Kay Yow cancer awareness game paired with a Barbie themed evening. More information will be announced at a later date. 

● Wine Wednesday Ticket Package – February 28 vs. Iowa State: The fan-favorite Wine Wednesday ticket package is back this season. Each package includes a general admission ticket, access to a pre-game wine and food tasting in the Shamrock Zone, and a K-State wine glass. Pricing and additional information will be announced at a later date.
