
The Jeff Mittie Show Debuts Tonight

MANHATTAN, Kansas – K-State Sports Properties is proud to announce the start of the 2023-24 edition of "The Jeff Mittie Show" tonight from Powercat Sports Grill, located at 3011 Anderson Avenue in Manhattan.
"The Jeff Mittie Show," a live call-in show hosted by the play-by-play voice of K-State women's basketball, Brian Smoller, will air at 6 p.m., on Monday nights on the K-State Sports Network and on Facebook Live. Fans can submit questions for Mittie via Facebook, Twitter, or call into the show at 1-866-577-8228.
Dates for the 2023-24 edition of "The Jeff Mittie Show" are: November 27, December 4, December 11, January 8, January 15, January 23 (Tuesday), January 29, February 5, February 12, February 19 and February 27 (Tuesday) and March 4.
Kansas State, ranked 14th in this week's Associated Press poll, has opened the season with a 6-1 record, including wins over then-second-ranked Iowa and 18th-ranked North Carolina. The Wildcats return to action on Friday, as K-State hosts Jackson State at 6:30 p.m.
Friday's game is K-State's annual Teddy Bear Toss for Fort Riley's Operation Santa Claus. K-State will be accepting toy donations for Fort Riley's Operation Santa Claus. Fans are encouraged to bring teddy bears as well as new, unwrapped toys or gift cards. When instructed at halftime, fans can toss their teddy bears or other stuffed toys onto the court.
Fort Riley's Operation Santa Claus helps service members and their families provide gifts to their children during the holiday season. All donations will go towards a Fort Riley soldier, especially to families under financial constraints and families of deployed, fallen, or injured soldiers.
