
Nominations for K-State Athletics Hall of Fame Now Open

MANHATTAN, Kan. – K-State Athletics is now accepting nomination for the Kansas State University Intercollegiate Athletics Hall of Fame for the class of 2024.
Members of the general public may make written nominations through Tuesday, May 1, by submitting an e-mail to hall of fame chair Kenny Lannou at klannou@kstatesports.com.
In order to be nominated, persons must have distinguished themselves by making exceptional contributions to the achievements and prestige of Kansas State University in the field of athletics. Nominees must also have earned an undergraduate degree and continued to demonstrate in their lives the values imparted from Intercollegiate Athletics.
Three categories of nominations will be accepted. Former athletes must have earned at least one letter, had outstanding achievement as a student-athlete and have had exhausted his or her eligibility PRIOR to the Fall of 2014.
Former coaches and administrators must have had a tenure of at least five years in the athletics department and had at least five years since their most recent employment in athletics at K-State.
Honorary nominees must have had exceptional contributions and service to the program.
Selections will be made over the course of the spring, with the Induction Class of 2024 to be honored at a ceremony on Friday, August 30, prior to the home football game vs. UT-Martin.
